Semi-detached house (2 floors):
The holiday home Anja is 55 m² in size and has a living room with dining area, small kitchenette, two bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (2 mattresses each 0.90 m x 2.00 m) and a child's travel bed (available), radio alarm clock and iron/board and the second smaller bedroom has a bunk bed for max. 3 people: lower floor (French bed 1.40 m wide) for 2 people, upstairs sleeping accommodation for 1 person. Bathroom with shower and WC, towel warmer, hairdryer and additional guest WC.
The kitchenette is equipped with cooker (4 ceramic plates and oven), refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, sandwich toaster, coffee maker, kettle and dishes.
Free DSL - connection with W-LAN, TV and radio with CD player are available. A highchair is available for the little guests. On the terrace there is a garden set with parasol, barbecue and a beach chair. A bicycle shed and car parking space no. 3 are available directly in front of the house.

Location and surroundings of object
The semi-detached house, newly built in 2004 and renovated in 2017, is ideally suited for a relaxing holiday on the holiday island of Usedom due to its quiet, sunny location with a south-facing terrace.
The white Baltic Sea beach is about a 20-minute walk through the beautiful coastal forest, the Achterwasser is only about 10 minutes away and the Ückeritz train station (Bäderbahn) is an 8-minute walk away. As part of the visitor's tax, a shuttle bus to and from the beach, harbour and Bodden and Bansin can be used free of charge.
With the Bäderbahn you can quickly reach the neighbouring Kaiserbäder (to visit the Ostseetherme), Swinemünde or Wolgast or Greifswald.
The house is located in a quiet area at the end of a dead-end street, but still central for exploring the island on foot, by bike, by train or by car.
There are shopping facilities (Edeka, ALDI), restaurants, bakery, sports hall with leisure facilities, water sports facilities and the sports boat harbour in the immediate vicinity.
The house can be heated and is available for rent all year round. In the middle of the island of Usedom, enclosed between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser, lies the seaside resort of Ückeritz. With about 1000 inhabitants, Ückeritz is a rather small seaside resort. Predominantly low houses still indicate the character of the former fishing and farming village. It was not until the development of the bathing industry at the end of the 19th century that some larger villa-style guest houses were built.
Extensive meadows, reed-covered shore zones and a magnificent mixed and beech forest surround the village and make it unmistakable with its rural flair.
Many artists have settled here because of its idyllic location and unspoilt nature.
In the seaside resort of Ückeritz you will find a 7 km long, wonderful, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach with alternating steep and flat coastlines.
The "Ostseeblick" rehabilitation clinic directly on the steep coast offers the best conditions for comprehensive treatment (pneumology, dermatology and oncology).
With its two campsites, located on the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser, Ückeritz is a paradise for all camping enthusiasts. Holiday guests are welcome in the seaside resort of Ückeritz at any time of the year. Visitors feel very much at home in modernly equipped holiday flats and family-run guesthouses.

It was very nice in this holiday flat
We had very nice days and were satisfied with everything.
2 pensioners adventurous ?
The holiday home is beautifully situated and the landlords have furnished it well and practically. 2 toilets ... without comment but optimal for us ?
We slept very well and the peace and quiet and the climate were just great.
The flat was perfect for us, everything we needed was there.
The place is not overcrowded and if you enjoy the peace and quiet you are in the right place.
We cycled every day and there were many beautiful destinations.
