Semi-detached house (2 floors):
The holiday home Anja is 55 m² in size and features a living room with dining area, small modern kitchenette, and two bedrooms. Of these, 1 bedroom is equipped with a double bed (2 mattresses each 0.90 m x 2.00 m) and a portable travel cot (available), 2nd TV, clock radio and iron/ironing board, and a 2nd smaller bedroom with bunk bed for max. 3 persons: lower level (French bed 1.40 m wide) for 2 persons, upper sleeping area for 1 person. The beds are freshly made for you. Bathroom with flat wellness shower, underfloor heating, WC, hairdryer as well as an additional guest WC on the upper floor.
The modern kitchenette is equipped with 4 ceramic hobs, multifunction oven, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer compartments, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and sufficient dishes.
Free DSL connection with Wi-Fi, TV in the living room and in the bedroom are available. On the terrace there is a seating set with sunshade, grill and sun loungers. The garden belongs to the house. A lockable bicycle shed for your bicycles and parking space no. 3 are available for you directly in front of the house.

Location and surroundings of object
The semi-detached house, built in 2004 and renovated in 2026, is ideally suited for a relaxing holiday on the vacation island of Usedom thanks to its quiet, sunny location with south-facing terrace and garden.
It is about a 25-minute walk through the beautiful coastal forest to the white Baltic Sea beach, about 10 minutes to the Achterwasser, and 8 minutes on foot to Ückeritz station (Bäderbahn). As part of the visitor’s tax, a shuttle bus to and from the beach and within the Bernsteinbäder, rental bicycles including e-bikes, and the UBB are available free of charge.
With the Bäderbahn, you are quickly in the neighboring imperial spas (e.g. for a visit to the Ostseetherme), Swinemünde, Peenemünde, or Wolgast.
The holiday house is located in a quiet residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac, yet centrally situated for exploring the island on foot, by bicycle, Bäderbahn, or car.
Shops (Edeka, ALDI), restaurants, bakeries, a sports hall with leisure activities, water sports facilities, and the marina are in the immediate vicinity.
The house is heated and available for rent all year round. In the middle of the island of Usedom, nestled between the Baltic Sea and Achterwasser, lies the seaside resort of Ückeritz. With about 1,000 inhabitants, Ückeritz is a rather small seaside resort. Mostly low houses still reflect the character of the former fishing and farming village. Only with the development of bathing culture at the end of the 19th century were some larger guesthouses in villa style built.
Extensive meadows, reed-lined shores, and a magnificent mixed and beech forest surround the place and make it unique with its rural charm.
Many artists have settled here because of the idyllic location and its originality.
In the seaside resort of Ückeritz, you will find a 7 km long, wonderful, fine sandy Baltic Sea beach with alternating steep and flat coasts.
The rehabilitation clinic "Ostseeblick" directly on the steep coast offers the best conditions for comprehensive treatment (pneumology, dermatology, and oncology).
With its two campsites, located on the Baltic Sea and on the Achterwasser, Ückeritz is a paradise for all camping enthusiasts. Holiday guests are welcome in the seaside resort of Ückeritz at any time of year. In modern, well-equipped holiday apartments and family-run guesthouses, visitors feel very comfortable.

It was very nice in this holiday flat
We had very nice days and were satisfied with everything.
2 pensioners adventurous ?
The holiday home is beautifully situated and the landlords have furnished it well and practically. 2 toilets ... without comment but optimal for us ?
We slept very well and the peace and quiet and the climate were just great.
The flat was perfect for us, everything we needed was there.
The place is not overcrowded and if you enjoy the peace and quiet you are in the right place.
We cycled every day and there were many beautiful destinations.
