This beautiful and modernly decorated villa for 16 persons is located in the village Musalež near Poreč. Villa Gialla consists of three separate units. It is spread over three floors, and on each floor there is one apartment. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms except ground floor which has one bathroom. The ground floor apartment has the smallest surface but has a direct exit to the pool and a beautiful summer terrace with a fireplace. The apartments on the first and second floor have extra beautiful, large terraces with a sitting set, giving a beautiful view of the green surroundings of the resort. Spend a pleasant summer evening at Villa Gialla with your friends and refresh yourself after a hot day in the crystal clear water of your own private pool. Youth groups as well as celebrations are strictly forbidden.

Location and surroundings of object
For those who like a quiet holiday and want to be away from noise, we recommend a place called Musalež, where there is a holiday home with pool - Villa Andrea. The villa is 5 km away from the city center and from the first beach and 3 km from the first supermarket. Villa Andrea is located on the outskirts of the village and is surrounded by a large and beautiful garden. The villa has 3 apartments located on the ground floor and on the first floor. The area is ideal for families and those who want to enjoy the silence of Istrian gardens, the warm sun and the blue sea. For active holidays you can choose between hiking, biking, tennis, beach volleyball, table tennis, mini golf or rent a boat. You can choose between pebble and rocky beaches.
