On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with kitchen, large dining table, fireplace and a separate toilet. From the living room you come to a covered terrace, which is equipped with summer kitchen and a seating corner. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is fully air-conditioned and additionally equipped with satellite TV, internet, safe and washing machine. Villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with swimming pool and a small park for children.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is situated in a small village Stancija Danelon, 4 km from Poreč and 5km from the first beach in Poreč, Plava and Zelena Laguna. The village is very nice with a lot of green fields and woods, so it gives perfect relaxation and excape from the traffic and city noise. There you can find typical istrian houses; most of them are newly renovated, but the preserved istrian identity. Stancija Danelon is surrounded by many wineyards and olive fields and many green pathways throught the forest and villages. The village is reccomended for families because there is a lot of greenery, domestic animals and it is the ideal place for relaxation.

Perfekter Urlaub
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen perfekten Aufenthalt benötigt. Gepflegter Außenbereich mit immer sauberem Pool. Ein Dankeschön an dieser Stelle an den "Poolboy" der wohl in den frühen Morgenstunden immer alles erledigt hat :-). Ruhige Lage und dennoch nur ein Katzensprung zu den Supermärkten und dem Zentrum von Porec. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und bei Bedarf immer erreichbar. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub.
