The Villa Nevena is a spacious Villa located in Buici, near the city center of Poreč. It consists of two separated apartments, the ground floor apartrment offers you 3 bedrooms with double bed, an equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils, cozy living room, bathroom with bathtub and a terrace with sitting area. The apartment on the first floor consists of two bedrooms with a double bed, a cozy living room with a balcony, an equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils and a bathroom with a bathtub. There are 3 parking spaces in front of the house. Wifi, Airconditioning, towels and bedlinen are included in the rental price of the villa. The villa is the perfect choise for a family vacation, young groups are not welcome.

The Villa Nevena is located in Buici, only 5km away from the city center of Porec. Poreč, as the capital of Croatian tourism in terms of the number of nights offered by apartments, hotels, camps and various forms of private accommodation, is located on the west coast of Istria. Exceptional effort invested in the cleanliness and arrangement of the city itself, as well as beautiful bays and beaches, in balance with beautiful nature, pine forests and green macchia, and numerous islands, brought Porec numerous awards and recognitions. The long history of the city is evidenced by the streets of the old town dating back to Roman times, and numerous cultural monuments, the most important of which is the Euphrasian Basilica from the 5th century, protected by UNESCO. Numerous restaurants offer a variety of seafood and Istrian continental specialties, among which you should definitely try Istrian prosciutto, Istrian soup, Istrian truffles, various pastas and seafood, and many bars and discos offer a rich nightlife. In addition to various cultural events such as concerts, folklore performances and other events, there is no lack of sports such as tennis, cycling, horseback riding, indoor sports and water sports. You can complete your vacation with a trip to the hinterland of Poreč where it is interesting to visit the protected natural monument Baredine Cave.
