It is located on a 3000m2 large plot of which 600m2 is arranged and fenced and offers 140m2 of living space. The ground floor has a large living room with corner sofa, fully equipped kitchen and toilet. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One room opens onto a large terrace with a seating area from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the pool and the sea. Two rooms have a shared bathroom and one room has its own bathroom. In the yard there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, shower. There is a washing machine in a separate room. In the beautifully landscaped courtyard, guests can enjoy a private pool, jacuzzi or socialize with their favorite barbecue dishes. The villa is fully air conditioned, has underfloor heating and offers 2 parking spaces in front of the house. Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in a small village Radosi near Zbandaj, 4 km from Porec and only 5 km from the first beach in Porec and beautiful beaches in the Blue and Green Lagoon. The area is very beautiful with lots of green fields and forests, so it offers the perfect vacation for families where they can relax and get away from the traffic and city noise. You can enjoy a walk in nature or next to typical Istrian houses, most of which have been recently renovated but have preserved their Istrian identity. The village is surrounded by numerous vineyards and olive groves and numerous green paths that lead through the forest and villages. In just a few minutes you are away from all the important events and entertainment.
