You can spend a relaxing holiday with your family on a total of 92 sqm of living space. The cosy furnishings of the house will contribute to a successful holiday.
The kitchen has a corner bench with chairs. The kitchenette includes an electric cooker with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, TV and radio. A coffee machine, kettle, Senseo and toaster are available for an extensive breakfast
The bedrooms are furnished in a warm wood tone. They are all located on the upper floor. There is a safety gate on the staircase for little holidaymakers. There are beds with a night table in all three bedrooms. You will find the detailed descriptions of the individual bedrooms under the point Equipment
If a family member is showering in the bathroom, there is another guest toilet downstairs with a WC and a washbasin. In the main bathroom there is a shower, a stool, a mirrored cabinet and a chest of drawers. The bathroom is equipped with a towel radiator and underfloor heating.
In the living room you can make yourself comfortable on one of the two couches or armchairs while watching a family comedy. If this gets too warm for you, you can also access the terrace via the living room and sit down comfortably there. The terrace is approx. 20 sqm, where you can enjoy the sun on high-back chairs and watch your offspring playing in the garden

Urlaub in Norddeich
Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig in einer Neben Straße.
Alles ist leicht zu erreichen.
Wenn es zu Fuß nicht geht kann man mir der Gäste Karte für sehr wenig Geld den Urlauberbus benutzen.
Norderney, Juist, Baltrum und Spiekeroog sind von hier mit der Fähre leicht zu erreichen.

Vacation North Sea
We were really looking forward to the holiday. But unfortunately, it wasn't perfect.
Several light bulbs in the house were broken.
Ants in the bathroom and in the hallway.
The sink's stopper is defective.
The rental service also took care of things quickly and was always reachable.
But otherwise, the apartment is great. A few meters to the beach and also to the playground.
