Welcome to this nice and high-rise apartment with sea views that is part of a villa in the central parts of Lysekil. Here you live within perfect walking distance via the promenade to the city's range of restaurants, market trade, shopping, boating, music and much more. You are equally close to Pinneviken's beautiful bathing area and Stångehuvud's nature reserve known for its special light which has made the area well visited by photographers. From your parking space by Strandvägen's sidewalk, take the stairs up to a large terrace area and up to the entrance. On the inside you are met by a small kitchen / kitchenette with stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and coffee maker, a bedroom with large comfortable double bed and TV, living room with dining furniture, TV and two sofa beds, bathroom with shower. On the terrace there is summer furniture and barbecue, part of the terrace is also under a roof so there is the opportunity for both sun and shade, a wonderful place to enjoy good meals or just sit and enjoy the sun and sea views. Lysekil, which is popularly called "The City by the Sea" is located at the far end of the sea band. Experience the fantastic feeling of freedom that the sea gives us hikes on nature reserves and paths with nice smooth red granite cliffs that are unique in Bohuslän. During the summer season, many concerts are offered with famous artists, singing in the park, etc. Several nice nice shops with assortment for different tastes. It is also a pleasure to take the small train around Lysekil, during the tour you will also get a little history of Lysekil or why not walk through the older part of Lysekil from the 17th - 19th century. Cozy buildings along the narrow street towards Norra Hamnen, which in recent years has become a beach promenade. Here you can take a dip in the salty sea from the pier and during a nice summer evening you can experience a fantastic sunset that is reflected in the sea. Feel free to rent a canoe and experience the beautiful archipelago along the smooth granite cliffs. Take a boat trip over to the other side of Gullmarsfjorden and walk on winding streets among Fiskebäckskil's boathouses and captain's villas. This holiday home was perfect for our family vacation! We loved the comfort of having a fully equipped kitchen and the barbecue facilities. The kids had a lot of fun at the nearby beaches.

A fantastic place for a family outing! Plenty of space and a great location close to the beach. We also loved the local bistros and the vibrant atmosphere of Lysekil.
