The house, newly built in 2010, is located in a quiet residential area. You can reach the centre of Heringsdorf in about 10 minutes. Germany's longest pier is also located there. Good grocery shopping facilities including a bakery are nearby and can be reached quickly (on foot or by bike). The imperial spa architecture and the approx. 8 km long beach promenade from Ahlbeck via Heringsdorf to Bansin welcome you for a stroll. The more than 40 km long sandy beach offers ideal opportunities to find an enjoyable break. The beautiful landscape and tranquil setting invite you to enjoy the charming natural beauty of Usedom.
