Terrace or balcony, SAT-TV, very well equipped kitchens, washing machine, dryer in the house as well as parking spaces directly at the house. Central, quiet location, approx. 500 m to the beach. Non-smoking flats suitable for allergy sufferers, therefore no pets.

Newly renovated holiday flats in a residential area in a central, quiet location. The beach is only a few metres away. There are good shopping facilities (groceries) nearby. The Baltic seaside resort of Heringsdorf is an independent municipality on the island of Usedom in the district of Ostvorpommern (Mecklenburg-Vorpommern). It emerged from the merger of the independent municipalities of Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf and Bansin to form the municipality of Dreikaiserbäder and has borne the name Ostseebad Heringsdorf since 2006.
Heringsdorf has the longest pier in Germany at 508 metres.
