Beautiful villa with extensive facilities and private pool on an 800 sqm hillside plot on Monte Solana near Denia. Here you can enjoy the sun all day long and a fantastic view of the valley and over the town of Denia to the sea. An ideal place to simply relax and unwind ...
The 4 x 8 metre pool with Roman steps is located on the upper terrace level. A large parasol, sun loungers and garden furniture, as well as an outdoor shower are ready for you.
On the opposite side of the house there is another breakfast terrace with an impressive panoramic view.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning. In addition, the house is equipped with an alarm system which can be used by the tenants on request. In the cooler season, the air conditioning can also be used for heating.
The villa is divided as follows: spacious living-dining room with sea view, equipped with SAT-TV, radio and direct exit to the pool terrace. Open kitchen, fully equipped with dishes, pots, coffee machine, toaster and everything you need for normal use. There is also a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer.
One bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, one with bath/WC and one with shower/WC. From the living room and both bedrooms there is a fantastic view of Denia, the orange plantations and the sea.
The entire living area is on the upper floor at pool level, the lower floor is locked and guaranteed unoccupied, the property is at your sole disposal so that you can spend an undisturbed holiday here.
Pets are not allowed. Up to three parking spaces are available on the enclosed property. Unfortunately, the garage cannot be used
