Welcome to our charming holiday home on Monte Solana in Pedreguer! With approx. 100 square metres of living space on two main floors, it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and can accommodate up to four guests.
The interiors are completely refurnished and stylishly modern, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, oven and coffee machine to make cooking and eating as convenient as possible. A kettle, toaster, egg cooker, hand mixer and blender are also available. Of course, you will also find a spacious fridge and a separate freezer compartment with 3 compartments. There are plenty of tea towels.
In the bathrooms, in addition to the sanitary facilities, you will also find a hairdryer, a mirror and plenty of towels.
The living room is equipped with a large, modern smart TV and thanks to the free WiFi, you can always stay up to date while on holiday.
The bedrooms are furnished with high-quality, comfortable double beds (each 180 x 200 cm, one of which is a box spring) with sufficient bed linen to guarantee you a restful night's sleep.
The holiday home has a large balcony, which offers an unforgettable panoramic view of the bay of Denia and the Montgo. There is also a car park right in front of the entrance. On the large balcony there is a modern and beautiful rectangular table with 4 chairs and 2 sunbeds. Sunshade is also available.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are available as well as an iron and ironing board.
Beach lovers can use our beach equipment (sunbeds, umbrellas, cool bag).
In the outdoor area of the holiday home, you can swim in one of the two communal swimming pools, which are very little frequented, or relax on the communal sunbathing lawn. The surrounding vegetation and the view of the sea and the mountains contribute to the relaxed atmosphere.
The holiday home is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms (except bathrooms) to ensure pleasant temperatures even in the hot summer months. In the colder months, these units also provide the necessary warmth. In addition, all bedrooms and the kitchen/dining room have fly screens on the windows and doors. All rooms have roller shutters.
Long-term rentals are possible, and please note that the holiday home is non-smoking.

Location and surroundings of object
Pedreguer is a charming town in the province of Alicante, northern Costa Blanca, Spain. On Monte Solana there are many modern and luxurious villas, some with fantastic panoramic views over the bay of Denia and the Montgo.
Our property is located 15 minutes by car from the most beautiful sandy beaches of Deveses/Denia. The wonderful LA MARINA shopping centre is just a 7-minute drive away, where you will also find Aldi, Lidl, McDonalds, Burger King etc.
The port of Denia is around 20-25 minutes away by car and the motorway to Valencia and Alicante is only 5 minutes away. This gives you a central location to reach all sights or leisure facilities in a very short time and the airports of Valencia and Alicante can also be reached in just over an hour.
The location of our house is very privileged and - as it is the end house of this complex - very quiet. You have a lot of privacy.

| Electricity for the air-conditioning system (hot/cold) and all other household appliances is included up to 200 kWh/week. Additional consumption is charged at € 0.20/kWh. Water consumption is included with normal consumption. The use of towels, bed linen and beach towels is included. |
Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

We are a young-at-heart couple and have been travelling this part of the Costa Blanca since the mid-90s. In 2022, we fulfilled our dream of having our own small holiday home, which is close to the beaches and the inviting towns of Oliva-Denia-Javea-Moreira and is also easily accessible for shopping (the La Marina shopping centre is only a 7-minute drive from the house). The holiday home is very quiet and offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the bay of Denia and the Montgo. We want you to feel at home in our domicile, which is why the house is very well equipped with everything you need. Thanks to our many years of experience on the Costa Blanca, we can give you lots of valuable tips.
