Home Select International offers you this beautiful first floor villa for rent and is located on the Flamicell canal of Empuriabrava.
Entering this very tastefully decorated single story villa we find a beautiful garden where there is parking for two cars.
When we enter the house, on the left there is a bathroom with shower,toilet and sink. Next to this bathroom there is a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) and air conditioning.
To the right of the entrance there are 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One bedroom is equipped with double bed (140x190), air conditioning and a nice bathroom with shower and bathtub. On the canal side there is a large air-conditioned bedroom with 2 beds side by side of 90x200, TV and also a private bathroom with a shower. From this bedroom you have a beautiful view of the pool and the canal
The kitchen, open to the living room, is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a fridge, a freezer and a ceramic hob. Next to the kitchen there is a room where the washing machine is located.
The living room is equipped with a large dining table, a coffee table, two sofas, a fireplace, a TV with international channels and air conditioning. On the left side of the living room is a bedroom en-suite, a double bed (140x190), air conditioning. This bathroom has a shower.
The last bedroom which is also on the canal side has two 90x200 beds side by side and also has its own bathroom with shower. Furthermore, these bedrooms also have air conditioning and their own TV.
The large terrace is located when leaving the living room. There you will find a large table with chairs where you can eat outside, and a nice swimming pool (salt water) of 4 x 8 meters.
At the waterfront there is also a nice covered terrace where you can enjoy a beautiful view over the canal. At this villa there is also the possibility to rent a boat.
