Description
The holiday home is located not only on the water but also partly on the water on a quiet cul-de-sac and impresses above all with its not only upscale but also very tasteful furnishings. It has 120 sqm of living space and can accommodate up to 6 people, ideally 4 in my opinion
4 persons would be ideal. Master bedroom for 2 persons (if necessary + 1 toddler) with sea view. + Guest bedroom for 2-4 persons with garden view, spacious 50 sqm living, dining, kitchen area (fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, induction hob, washing machine, DeLonghi coffee machine (don't forget the coffee beans) and an extensive stock of basic cooking ingredients and spices), bathroom (shower, bathtub, WC, hairdryer, radio with Bluetooth interface) and guest WC, W-LAN and TV in all rooms, 40 sqm lakeside terrace with dining table and elegant lounge as well as small bathing and sunbathing platform. Bathing and sunbathing platform, small garden with various kitchen herbs, two car parking spaces, boat garage with canoe, two SUP, two bicycles, table tennis table, smoker, gas grill, sun loungers, etc. Bed linen, towels and bathrobes are on site and included in the price, as well as electricity, water, etc.
The marina (with café, restaurant, boat and bicycle rental) is only a few 100m away, as is the bathing beach.
The city centre of Leipzig can be reached by car in about half an hour or by bike in about 90 minutes, Chemnitz and Dresden are roughly an hour away.
There are shopping facilities in nearby Rötha, and you should do your bulk shopping at Kaufland in Borna, where there is also a great butcher (Gretenkord), you will be thrilled. Hot recommendation: Knacker, Vienna sausages, beer ham, actually everything...
For anglers: fishing is already possible from the bathing platform (pike, perch and carp), fishing permits are available at the marina.

The house is located 25 km from Leipzig, directly on Lake Hainer See and belongs to the pretty village of Kahnsdorf. Coming from the direction of Munich, take the A9, then the A38, coming from the direction of Berlin, take the A9 and then the A14 to the A38 Dreieck Parthenaue, coming from the direction of Dresden or Magdeburg, take the Leipzig Süd exit in the direction of Chemnitz/Borna and the Rötha exit. Coming from Chemnitz, take the A72 and Borna, then it is only a few kilometres.

Dream house by the lake
No exaggeration, the house is fantastic. Terrace and boat dock directly on Lake Hainer. Very quiet location, nice neighbors, and even the nearby construction site did not bother. The equipment of the house is modern, stylish, and very tasteful, with attention to detail. The kitchen is a dream, the equipment leaves nothing to be desired and a basic supply of spices, groceries like salt, sugar, flour, etc., as well as cleaning agents were available and could be used. Private boat dock, bicycles, SUP, table tennis table, canoe, gas grill, games, books... boredom was out of the question. However, for those very sensitive to light, they might miss blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Nevertheless, they will be compensated with a view of the sunrise and Lake Hainer... pure vacation. The landlord, Mr. Jaeckel, was personally present for the reception and farewell and was very friendly and lovable. One felt comfortable right away. And a welcome drink was already chilled in the fridge. Just ... Thank you! I could go on raving. We have spent a very pleasant and relaxing week here and would love to come back! ! !

Beautiful dream house by the lake!
We really liked it, we would have liked to stay longer. The house is beautiful, the location is right by the lake and you are gently woken up by the morning sun.
Super well-kept and nicely furnished house.
Basic groceries such as salt, sugar, flour, various oils and vinegars, and herbs from the on-site garden are available and you don't have to bring anything from home.
Since we like to barbecue, we naturally also liked the high-quality grill.
We felt very comfortable!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great house with direct view of the lake
Morning sun shines into the bedroom , on the seaside you can enjoy breakfast in the sun. From noon, you go to the terrace on the other side of the house
A very obliging host who looks after his guests in an absolutely friendly way.
The furnishings leave nothing to be desired.

Pure relaxation
We were allowed to spend a week at Lake Hainer See and fell in love.
The house, the service and cleanliness were above average. We wish Mr. Jaeckel always nice guests who take great care of his super-equipped house. No wish remained unfulfilled. We will definitely come again.
