The apartment is located in a modern new development area that offers a lot of openness and a pleasant atmosphere. Everything is easily accessible, and you can quickly get to the countryside, the lakes, or the forest - ideal for relaxed walks. Directly opposite is a charming old settlement that also offers inviting paths for strolling. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming, perfect for those seeking relaxation who love nature yet still wish to enjoy the conveniences of proximity.
You will easily find your way around the neighborhood! Right in front of the entrance, there are public parking spaces available where you can park for free. A bit further ahead, just before the settlement, there is another public parking lot that charges a fee (about 2 minutes away from the accommodation). Everything is conveniently within walking distance, including restaurants, the lake, and small activities. Large supermarkets can be reached in the nearest town in about 10 minutes by car or at most 15 minutes by bus. For small shopping needs, we have a 24/7 little shop in the settlement where you can quickly pick up bread rolls, drinks, toothpaste, and much more!

A true oasis!
Here, nothing is promised too much! A super modern apartment, where you really lack nothing except for a fly door to the terrace. We were warmly welcomed with loving words and a bottle of sparkling wine on our 2nd wedding anniversary. It was very practical that you didn't need a key for the entrance door, just a good memory. The location was quiet in a new development area and really very close to 2 very beautiful lakes. Despite hot days, the apartment always had very pleasant temperatures thanks to modern technology, and one sleeps like a young god in the wonderful wide bed. On the terrace, which is surrounded by a beautifully designed small garden, one can wonderfully relax and observe plenty of insects in the lavender, especially hummingbird hawkmoths. Overall, one can spend a wonderful time here.

Sehr zufrieden!
Wir waren sehr zufrieden, keine Terrasse mit Garten, See nicht weit, kleine Marina mit Gaststätten angenehm, ruhig.
Leipzig nicht weit.

Beautiful, lovingly furnished holiday apartment for a feel-good experience – also with a dog!
We spent a week in this beautiful vacation apartment at Hainer Lake and were completely thrilled. The apartment is very modern, tasteful, and furnished with great attention to detail. You can immediately tell that someone has thought of everything – the amenities are well thought out and leave nothing to be desired. We were especially pleased with the warm welcome for our two dogs. Dog blankets, food bowls, and even treats were already prepared – a really great and very thoughtful gesture. The fenced terrace was also perfect, allowing the dogs to move freely. The apartment was also very clean, pleasantly bright, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing vacation – including a dishwasher. We felt very comfortable from the very first moment. A big compliment also to the landlords, who live right next door. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and uncomplicated. Even having a package delivered to the vacation address was no problem at all. The location is also excellent: Hainer Lake is right outside the door, ideal for walks with the dog, and there are several nice restaurants in the area. We really enjoyed our stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this vacation apartment. We would come back anytime!
