All rooms have been renovated and refurnished in 2021 except for the bathroom.
It still has the 80's charm but is to be refurbished in early 2022.

Location and surroundings of object
The facility is located about 2km south of De Koog on the edge of the forest. The foot and bicycle path leads directly to De Koog and the long sandy beach. In approx. 800mtr. distance is the subtropical bathing paradise, with wave pool, water slide, whirlpool, sauna and tennis courts as well as Ecomare, an island museum with seal breeding station.
In front of the apartment complex is the hotel, Van der Falk Hotel Texel De Koog, with an excellent restaurant and a pup.
De Koog is the seaside resort of Texel, with a kilometre-long sandy beach directly accessible on the west side.

Very nice holiday flat.
Dear family Schellmann, we felt very comfortable in app. 96 and spent a nice holiday week. The flat is very spacious and everything is available for daily use. The location is very quiet and everything is within easy reach. The seating is very low for older people, but is compensated for by the great TV armchair. We would like to come again. For some years now our daughters, with their own families, have also been visiting this beautiful island and we look forward to every holiday on Texel.
