Our holiday flats are located directly on the banks of the Moselle in Zell. From the balcony and loggia you have a fantastic view of the Moselle valley: of the picturesque winegrowers' houses, the Romanesque bell tower and the famous vineyards of the Zeller Schwarzen Katz.
If you are looking for peace and relaxation on your holiday and would like to watch the ships pass by on the Moselle while enjoying a good glass of Riesling, then our holiday home is just the right place for you!

You have a quiet location and are directly in the green
You can reach the old town of Zell via a small footpath that runs directly along the banks of the Moselle. This takes you past the campsite (small shop and café with a view of Vogelinsel and the boat harbour) and cosy Strauswirtschaften, which invite you to enjoy wine and snacks. After a 20-minute walk, you will reach the pedestrian bridge that leads directly to Zell Castle and the old town of Zell
You can get fresh bread rolls at the Camping Park shop, about 5 minutes' walk from the house.

Magnificent view of the Moselle!
The view is simply stunning. You look directly onto the Moselle. It is especially beautiful in the evening when the bell tower is illuminated. We often enjoyed a glass of wine on the balcony before going to bed. Many thanks to the Kölsch family - we felt very comfortable.

Beautiful, well-equipped holiday apartment in a quiet location.
We spent a week with great pleasure in this vacation rental. The landlords (Family Kölsch) still write hospitality with capital letters. Thanks again for that.
