Enter your waterfront retreat and you will immediately be greeted by the expansive view of Lake Britannia. Enjoy your morning coffee on the pool deck and listen to the sound of the waterfall. The aesthetically pleasing infinity pool merges with the tranquil lake. The wildlife will surprise you, and with a bit of luck you can see dolphins and manatees.

Villa Seascape has been newly designed and offers a high standard in a modern style. The new furniture, bathrooms, new household appliances, and wood-look floors throughout the house lend elegance to the open floor plan with LED lighting. When entering the villa, you are welcomed by the warm, friendly furnishings and step directly into the open, bright living room with an incomparable view of the pool and the lake. Here, after an exciting, eventful vacation day, you can spend cozy family evenings after preparing a delicious dinner in the adjoining, fully equipped kitchen. Through the large sliding doors you reach the pool deck, where an aesthetic infinity pool and comfortable sun loungers await you. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation day is here. The large pool and spa are electrically heated and operated with a modern, skin-friendly salt system. With the BBQ grill, you can prepare delicious meals on a mild summer evening, which you can enjoy at the dining table on the lanai with an unforgettable sunset panorama.

In three bedrooms, up to six people will find plenty of space. The master suite as well as the junior suite both have direct access to the pool. The spacious master area offers, in addition to a comfortable sitting area, a walk-in closet, a luxurious bathtub, a walk-in shower, two washbasins, and a separate toilet. The third bedroom also has a full bathroom next door. All bedrooms feature king-size beds and televisions. There is even an office for remote work in paradise.

For music fans, we have installed the Sonos speaker system (WiFi speakers). This allows you, among other things, Listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.

Other features: 70-inch TV and Nespresso coffee machine.

With the boat, you can enjoy quick access to the Gulf through the beautiful Rose Garden area. You can also reach many shopping options, restaurants, and parks in just a few minutes by car. In addition to the good home furnishings, you will also find beach chairs, a cooler, and beach equipment for your excursions in the garage.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. Thank you for your understanding!
A boat rental is recommended!!! In Florida, a boating license is not required to visit, for example, the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. You can find the boats to choose from directly on our website. In the booking, you can then directly select the boat you want.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. From Fort Myers airport about 30 min and from Tampa 2 hrs to the house. 2.5 hrs to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with Yacht Club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 min. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The next big supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 min. Big shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.
