"John's Holthuus" is located only about 150m from the Baltic Sea beach, in the popular holiday park Schönhagen, one of the most beautiful vacation areas in Schleswig-Holstein.

Just leave everyday life behind and enjoy the most precious time of the year - in our cozy, Scandinavian maritime-style holiday home. Equipped with 3 bedrooms, two of which have a double bed each and one has two single beds, a spacious living and dining area with a wood stove, and a fully equipped kitchen, the house offers 89m² of space for up to 6 people. Sauna and whirlpool are integrated in the bathroom and are available for your exclusive use for perfect relaxation after an extensive walk along the steep coast of Schönhagen. Spend the evenings on the south/west terrace with a cool Flens by the grill as you plan your next day of vacation.

Up to two dogs are warmly welcome with us.

Location and surroundings of object

Families in particular like to come to our small, cosy Baltic seaside resort of Schönhagen to enjoy their well-deserved holiday. Only about 150m away from the holiday home "John's Holthuus" is the approximately 1 km long, fine sandy Baltic Sea beach, which is guarded by lifeguards (during the season) and seamlessly connects to the beach of Kappeln in the north and merges into an imposing steep coast in the south.

In the immediate vicinity you will find many leisure activities that offer holiday experiences for every generation. In the Schleistadt Kappeln, for example, you can take a leisurely stroll and watch the sailing ships at the harbour while enjoying a delicious fish sandwich. The kids may be in the mood for action and would like to let off steam in the water ski park or the discovery pool in Damp, while mum and dad let themselves be pampered in the wellness area. The riding stables in the area look forward to a visit from young and old.

Our holiday home "John's Holthuus" is also the ideal starting point for excursions to Eckernförde, Flensburg, the Schleistadt Schleswig or even Denmark.
