Description

Welcome to our renovated house (interior 2022), which has been designed in the charming Mallorcan style. After the interior of the house was already renovated in 2022, the exterior area including the pool was completely renewed in 2026. The property offers space for a maximum of 6 people (including children), has a spacious private 8x4 meter pool as well as an outdoor hot water shower, and is located in a quiet side street. The dreamy beach bay of Cala Llombards is reachable in just 7 to 10 minutes on foot.

The house has a living area of 150 square meters and is newly furnished to guarantee you a comfortable stay. It offers three bedrooms, each equipped with 180 cm double beds and built-in wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms are identical and measure 19 square meters including TV sets, the third bedroom is a bit smaller at 14 square meters. Two modern bathrooms, including one en suite, provide additional comfort.

The open living and dining area with integrated kitchen invites you to linger. Each room is equipped with mosquito nets, air conditioning, and (oil) heating to ensure a pleasant indoor climate even on cooler days.

The outdoor area includes three terraces that invite you to relax. The breakfast terrace in front of the house is perfect for starting the day with a fresh coffee and the morning sun. Behind the house, you can prepare delicious meat, fish, or sausage dishes in the evening on the high-quality Weber gas grill. The sunny roof terrace with comfortable lounge furniture and sea view offers the ideal place to enjoy the sunset with cool drinks.

The house is suitable for both families and couples (minimum age 30 years). For your stay, we recommend renting a car to conveniently explore the surroundings. We look forward to your inquiry and are happy to provide further information!

Dream vacation at Casa Linda

We were here for almost 4 weeks and were able to fully enjoy the relaxing area and the excellent Casa Linda.
You can completely recover from everyday stress. In the accommodation, which is furnished with a lot of love and taste, nothing is missing.
The landlord does everything possible to the best of his ability and is completely uncomplicated and very, very nice.
The two very friendly property managers on site are always ready to help with any concerns. It is nice that we were able to get to know these people.
Therefore, a 5-star recommendation from us in all respects.
We hope to have guests at Casa Linda several more times.

Great! We really enjoyed the house and the surroundings!

We were three, already knew the house, and have been there for the third time. The house is super beautiful and comfortable for a summer vacation. It is wonderfully furnished, with all the details. There is nothing missing! 3 rooms, … 2 terraces and a pool! The surroundings are also very nice and quiet. You can be in a very beautiful cove in 10 minutes - on foot! You can walk a lot. A small bar and market are very helpful. Simply very nice!

Great!

For two weeks, the two of us were "guests of friends" in a beautiful house in the tranquil village of Cala Llombards. The holiday home was furnished and decorated extremely tastefully and with love. It is up to date in terms of technology and carefully thought out by the owners in detail - starting with the fly screens on all windows, the warm rain shower, the practical pergola, the superbly equipped kitchen with a top-notch dishwasher that still shines brightly after years despite the hard water, great bathrooms - with personally new toilet brushes! -, comfortable beds, a lovely pool, etc. You can see at every turn that this place is meticulously maintained, cared for, and respected. Really great, and we can assess this very well as we have been vacationing in this village for 15 years and have rented various holiday homes - this house is perfect for people who want to have a really nice time during their break!

Furthermore, the owners are simply uncomplicated and super nice, and the on-site management is excellent and absolutely trouble-free - THANK YOU! Simply an "all-around pampering package" that we will use again - a dream!

Dreamy house in prime location!

Freshly renovated and clean house in a quiet location in Cala Llombards near the charming artist's village Santanyí with market days to explore the authentic Mallorca in the southeast of the island with turquoise blue and sandy rock bathing bay. Uncomplicated and reliable landlord and very friendly caretaker directly on site. Everything perfect, my recommendation!

Fantastic accommodation in a beautiful location

We had 2 great weeks in this beautiful finca. The house was recently completely renovated and is in great condition. The beautiful and spacious living-dining kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need. The three bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The two bathrooms, one of which has direct access from the bedroom, are also newly renovated and large and comfortable. The pool behind the house was a lot of fun and is hardly visible from the neighboring houses. We also really liked the brand new outdoor shower and the gas grill. There are 2 seating areas outside for dining that we used depending on the position of the sun. A highlight is the very large roof terrace with a view of the sea. Here you can relax in the sun on lounge furniture. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach the beach of Cala Llombards. In the village, there is a small supermarket that offers all the essential things daily. There are also 2 small bars/restaurants in the village.

The handling with the landlord and the local caretaker was very pleasant and absolutely correct. The caretaker lives only a few houses away and is always available if there are any questions about the house or the surroundings. Overall, a great vacation in a great house and well-deserved 5 stars for the overall package!

Dreamlike beautiful!

The house is a real pearl!

It is bright, super cosily furnished and generously proportioned. We immediately felt very comfortable

I have never experienced such extensive furnishings. Someone really put a lot of thought into it and paid a lot of attention to detail.
For example, there is a cool bag and cold packs in the freezer. In the kitchen there are kitchen scales, measuring cups, beautiful glasses made of unbreakable plastic to take to the pool, good knives, also large chopping boards, a large pasta strainer, garlic press and 1000 other things that I cannot list here. Even with the greatest effort, I wouldn't know what else to add

Since we were there in October, I can't judge how it is in the high season. During our stay, however, it was absolutely quiet as a mouse at night. That was great.

All windows are equipped with high quality fly screens. After a big rain, we had a lot of mosquitoes for a few days and were thus perfectly protected from the beasts in the house, fortunately

We slept wonderfully in the beds. The gas barbecue is top class and we enjoyed using it often
The large pool is great, secluded and the sunbeds are very comfortable. The roof terrace is huge and the seating is very comfortable. I often sat here in the evening, read and enjoyed the last rays of the day. The starry sky is also great to watch here

Check-in and check-out were extremely uncomplicated and both the owner Andreas and the manager Jörg are very nice

We can unreservedly recommend the house and will gladly come back

Super holiday in Casa Linda, Cala Lombards/ Mallorca

There were 5 of us adults in Cala Lombards. And we had a very nice, quiet holiday. The house is newly furnished, nothing is missing, wide with large rooms. 3 terraces and pool. The place is beautiful with beach and bay. Nice for swimming. Supermarket and bar close by, very practical and reasonably priced. All a quiet location and not far from many other places. Palma, 45 minutes away

Beautiful holiday

The house is newly furnished and lacks nothing. You open the door and immediately feel at home. The rooms are big enough for 6 people. The pool and the outdoor area are really great. You can reach both bays on foot and you feel like you are in the Caribbean. Shopping facilities are very easy to reach by car. There is a small shop on site. We say thank you to the landlords for letting us stay in such a beautiful accommodation. We will come again. Thanks also to the house managers who always had an ear for us

A perfect vacation

Casa Linda is a dreamily beautiful vacation home. We had a wonderful holiday there.

Everything in and around the house is truly incredibly beautiful; we lacked nothing.

The arrangements with the landlord were always very straightforward. The house is very accessible by car. A parking spot was always available right in front of the house. The beach coves are within walking distance, and there's a small supermarket on site. For cooling off in between, there is the well-maintained pool and the outdoor shower.

We were a family with 2 children for 1 week in Casa Linda and can recommend the house without reservation.
