This light-filled holiday home is located 10 km from Emden and offers two free private parking spaces.
The high-quality and detached holiday home for up to 4 people + baby by the Great Sea with its own jetty. The bright & high quality furnished holiday home ensures relaxation as soon as you move in with a beautiful interior on two floors.
The holiday home has 2 bedrooms (1 of which is on the ground floor with a large box-spring bed and 1 on the upper floor with 2 separate beds), a flat-screen 55-inch Smart TV with LAN, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer and microwave, a washing machine and 2 bathrooms (1 on the ground floor and 1 on the upper floor). For added comfort, the accommodation provides towels and bed linen. Free internet access, Wi-Fi available throughout the house and garden.

Holiday Home Willms
We felt very comfortable in this very modern and cozy furnished house from the beginning.
Already during the booking process, the contact with the landlords was very warm and they were always available immediately when questions arose.
The furnishings are very functional, everything you need for a vacation. The apartment is also technically well equipped.
The house with the beautiful garden is located in a quiet street, so nothing stands in the way of a restful sleep.
Breakfast on the terrace and the day begins.

Beautiful holiday home with everything you need
The Wilms holiday home has everything you need and much more. The house is stylishly and modernly furnished and offers a feel-good place to relax after long day trips. We spent New Year's Eve here and found it wonderful! The house is very clean, has everything you need from crockery to oven and microwave. The house is furnished with great attention to detail and the beautiful accessories put you even more in the North Sea mood
Thank you very much Wilms family for this wonderful stay in your holiday home. We had a successful turn of the year and the best view of the fireworks, which we could see on the horizon through the skylights. In addition, the modern, stylish and highly standardised furnishings ensured that we did not miss home very much. Relaxing short holiday
We are thrilled by the great house and the very nice hosts!!!
Everything is new and super clean! Personally, the mattress of the double bed was too soft, but everyone should judge that for themselves.
The handover of the keys went really well and Mrs Willms is a really nice landlady
We will definitely recommend this house to others!

Willms vacation home, super nice house and very friendly landlords. We can 100% recommend it.
The holiday home is modern with many extras and very cozy. We felt very comfortable, even in contact with the landlords. It is very suitable for families and couples, but not so much for disabled people due to the stairs in the house. There are many beautiful excursions in the surrounding area, a car is necessary, cycling is good. We were able to sleep well, the beds are comfortable.
A successful short vacation for us. Thanks to the Willms family.

Für junge Familien einfach Top !
Wir waren mit unserem 2-Jährigen Sohn in dem liebevoll und modern eingerichteten Ferienhaus, dadurch das der Garten komplett umzäunt ist konnte er sich frei bewegen ohne das wir als Eltern ständig hinter her rennen mussten. Die Austattung beinhaltete alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt, auch das Zusatzangebot mit Netflix Zugang oder auch die moderen Steuerung mit dem Ipad und der Ambientbeleuchtung fanden wir klasse. Die Sauberkeit war top, Betten super Bequem und auch der vorhandene Akkusauger sowie sämtliche Putzutensilien waren super.
Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer ruigen kleinen Straße, zum Badesee "Großes Meer" ist es nicht weit (zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lebensmittel waren direkt im nächsten Ort und in die größeren Städte wie Emden oder Aurich waren es ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Für uns als Familie war es ein super schöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Wir können das Ferienhaus der Familie Wilms nur empfehlen, da auch der Kontakt vorher unkompliziert und super freundlich war. Wir wünschen der Familie Wilms weiterhin viele Buchungen, wir freuen uns schon auf 2023 ;-)

Tolles, modernes Häuschen für einen entspannten Urlaub
Neues und topmodern ausgestattetes Häuschen in perfekter Lage, um Tagesausflüge machen zu können, den Tag im Garten zu genießen oder auch bei schlechtem Wetter mal einfach zu Hause die Füße baumeln zu lassen. Unsere Tochter war ganz fasziniert von Siri, von der sie sich immer wieder Witze hat erzählen lassen.
Ein nettes Gimmick sind auch die ganzen steuerbaren Ambient-Lights.
Super sympathische Vermieter.
Wir haben wirklich nichts auszusetzen und würden dieses Häuschen jederzeit weiter empfehlen...

Wundervolles Häuschen in toller Umgebung
Superausgestattetes Ferienhaus in sehr ruhigen Lage ,offen und hell geschnitten und das große Meer ist zu Fuß erreichbar .
Tolle sympathische Vermieter .
Morgens von den Vögeln und (z.Zt.) von den Gänsen geweckt zu werden ist herrlich .
Ein sehr geräumiges Bad ist vorhanden ,ebenso genug Platz für vier Personen .
Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen .
Das Haus ist technisch modern ausgelegt ( WLAN , Home- Pod und es kommt noch eine Ladestationen für E-Autos)
