Our cozy and lovingly furnished 4-star holiday home at the Großen Meer in East Frisia offers space for up to four people – two adults and two children. The well-thought-out layout, comfortable furnishings, and quiet location directly on the water create ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday. Living and dining area:
The comfortable living area invites you to relax with a cozy seating group and a television. The open, fully equipped kitchen is harmoniously integrated into the living and dining area and offers everything you need for a pleasant self-catering holiday or a longer business stay.
Bedroom:
The separate master bedroom features a comfortable double bed (160 × 200 cm) and its own television.
Children’s room:
In the separate children’s room there is a bunk bed with two sleeping spaces (each 80 × 160 cm) as well as its own television. Due to the bed size, the room is especially suitable for children.
Two bathrooms:
For additional comfort, there are two separate bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and a toilet. This ensures a relaxed start to your holiday or workday, even at full occupancy.
Conservatory:
The bright, spacious conservatory is a special highlight of the holiday home and extends the living area with a cozy retreat offering a wonderful view of the canal. Two comfortable recliners invite you to enjoy the view and the relaxed atmosphere by the water in peace. A dining table with space for four provides the ideal setting for shared meals, while a television offers entertainment on cozy evenings. Here you can spend pleasant hours in any weather and enjoy the proximity to the water in complete comfort.
Outdoor area:
The quiet location on the canal and the private boat dock make the holiday home especially attractive. Additionally, a deposit of €200 and a one-time cleaning fee of €100 as well as the costs for actual consumption of electricity, gas, and water apply. The consumption will be deducted from the deposit after departure, based on the meter readings.
