Small apartment at a reasonable price

A small apartment that is completely sufficient for 1-2 people if you are out all day anyway. The location is quiet. We will especially miss Mrs. Witte's dog Ronja, who greeted us every evening upon our return.

So for anyone looking for an affordable holiday apartment where you can bring your dog and only need a place to eat and sleep, this is a very good recommendation. The landlords, as well as their dog Ronja, are very nice and friendly.

Urlaub

We felt very comfortable, everything was very cozy (small but nice), we didn't lack anything. The garden also invites you to relax. Good excursion possibilities from there with both the bike and the car.

Absolutely recommend this holiday flat

The two landlords are extremely nice, very helpful, so that we already felt very comfortable on arrival.
The dog is also very sweet.
Small, nice, everything you need in a holiday flat and very well equipped!
The bike rental on site also worked great.
In any case, we felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back!

Recreation and tranquillity

It was a very nice stay with the Witte family. The holiday flat is small, lovingly furnished, clean and perfectly suitable for 2 adults + child.
The Witte family are very friendly hosts who love children. Dog "Ronja" was a great playmate for our son.
We will be very happy to come back.

Vacation in Stralsund

We were in Stralsund for a week and explored the surrounding area. Very nice, small, and cozy holiday apartment in a quiet location, also very centrally located to Stralsund. We will definitely book our holiday there again.

Hello, I was travelling with my son and dog. I can only recommend the apartment. Everything you need is there, the landlords are very nice and helpful. The area is very quiet and beautiful. There are great dog beaches and everything else was to our satisfaction. The farm dog Ronja is a really nice "mouse". Our male dog got on well with her. My son also made friends in the neighbourhood. It was great and relaxing for everyone. We will definitely come again :-)

Flat with feel-good character to the power of 10

When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by people and animals and immediately felt at home!
The two landlords are so incredibly nice and refreshing that you immediately think you have known them for years.
Child friendliness is very important here, so there is a small playground in the beautiful garden and a large one about 200 m away in the village.
The flat is delightful!
Small, fine, everything you need and very well equipped!
We felt very, very comfortable and will gladly come back!!!!

Sü0e Ferienwohnung

Were pleasantly surprised by what can be accommodated under a large garage roof. Cozy holiday apartment suitable for self-catering (morning/evening), from which, thanks to good transport connections, trips (by car) to the island of Rügen and Darß could be quickly undertaken. Thanks to the friendly landlords and the trust shown, using the private terrace and grill was no issue. We thank you for the wonderful time with you and recommend you with a clear conscience.

relaxing vacation

The name says it all. Sweet and above all quiet holiday accommodation. Idyllically located and still easily accessible. In the last few days, we haven't necessarily felt the need to use a car, yet we got around everywhere. Whether to the Störtebeker Festival on Rügen or to the island of Hiddensee. In addition, we did a lot in Stralsund itself because everything was easy to reach. Having a car would still be advantageous. Summer holiday July 2013

Very nice landlords, beautiful cozy holiday apartment, very clean in the apartment also suitable for 2 people with a child. The landlords are very friendly to four-legged friends and children. The property is very clean, many attractions nearby, everything easily accessible whether Rügen or Zingst you'll be there in about 40 minutes. The beach in Stralsund with a great playground is also reachable in 10 min. We would like to thank you again for the wonderful vacation, we will definitely come back!!

Enjoy the fresh air of the Baltic Sea and pure relaxation

Great surroundings. Close to the Baltic Sea and the Strelasund with a beautiful promenade. Beautiful old town of Stralsund and interesting maritime museum. Very suitable for bike rides. We would love to come back :)

Great air, green surroundings, beach vacation

We were two for a few days on the Baltic Sea. The property is located in a very beautiful natural environment, from which you can wonderfully go on excursions by car or bike. One day we cycled without any problems to the island of Rügen/Altefähr. From here, you can admire the skyline of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund, which is located very close to the property. Our trips to the beach were very relaxing due to the great air by the water. Unfortunately, it was still too cold for swimming. We would love to come back again :)

We would come back anytime. The location was great, you could get everywhere quickly. The apartment is highly recommended. Everything just fit perfectly, you could relax and unwind your soul. And Ronija was cuddly too. We look forward to the next vacation.
