Welcome to the green!
The accommodation on the outskirts of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is wonderful for relaxing and doing sports (cycling, inline skating, horse riding, jogging, walking).
in 2021 we redesigned the sitting area for our guests and also renovated the small flat to create more space. There is the possibility of an extra bed for e.g. 1 child. A parking space is available for your car.

From Neu Lüdershagen, Stralsund's city centre can be reached by bicycle on very well-developed cycle paths in approx. 20-25 min, by car in approx. 10 min.
There is an equestrian farm near the village.
Neu Lüdershagen is very quietly situated between fields and forests.
The historic Hanseatic city of Stralsund (harbour, maritime museum, Ozeaneum, old town...) and the island of Rügen, which can be reached by car in about 15 minutes, offer excursion destinations in the immediate vicinity.
Furthermore Neu Lüdershagen is a good starting point to the beaches on the island of Rügen (approx. 35 min by car), the Fischland Darss (approx. 40 min by car) and to the island of Usedom (approx. 90 min by car). The property is located on the outskirts of Stralsund in Neu Lüdershagen. Neu Lüdershagen is best characterised as a residential area. Mostly newly built detached houses can be found here
The small apartment is rather unsuitable for guests without a car, as the transport network is very limited.
Bicycles can be rented at any time.

Small but fine??
The communication by email is great, the check-in went smoothly even though the Witte family was not present. We felt very comfortable, everything was furnished very comfortably (small but nice) and we didn't miss anything. The garden also invites you to relax. Good excursion possibilities by car or on foot. We would love to come back again and again.

Very cosy, furnished with everything you need and very clean.
With its own entrance and its own corner to sit outside with table and chairs and a parasol.
Space for storing bicycles.
Very nice landlords who also give tips for excursions.

Holiday and recreation
After a warm welcome, we were shown into the small but well-equipped flat by the very friendly landlords. The location was very quiet and if you wanted to be among people, you could easily do so by bike! If you needed anything else for the flat, your wish was fulfilled immediately! Many thanks to the Witte family also for the tips for excursions, which helped us, as people unfamiliar with the area, to plan our holiday!
And, not to forget the dog of the Witte family, Ronja, who we would have loved to take home with us!

Small apartment at a reasonable price
A small apartment that is completely sufficient for 1-2 people if you are out all day anyway. The location is quiet. We will especially miss Mrs. Witte's dog Ronja, who greeted us every evening upon our return.

Zwar klein dafür günstig
Also wer eine günstige Ferienwohnung mit Hund sucht und nur zum Essen und schlafen was braucht, ist das eine sehr gute Empfehlung. Die Vermieter sowie ihre Hundin Ronja sind sehr nett und freundlich.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles sehr gemütlich (klein aber fein) eingerichtet, es fehlte uns an nix. Auch der Garten lädt ein, um mal zu relaxen. Von dort gute Ausflugs-Möglichkeiten mit dem Rad als auch dem Auto.

Absolutely recommend this holiday flat
The two landlords are extremely nice, very helpful, so that we already felt very comfortable on arrival.
The dog is also very sweet.
Small, nice, everything you need in a holiday flat and very well equipped!
The bike rental on site also worked great.
In any case, we felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back!

Recreation and tranquillity
It was a very nice stay with the Witte family. The holiday flat is small, lovingly furnished, clean and perfectly suitable for 2 adults + child.
The Witte family are very friendly hosts who love children. Dog "Ronja" was a great playmate for our son.

Ulaub in Stralsund
Wir waren für eine Woche in Stralsund und haben uns die Umgebung angeschaut.
Sehr schöne, kleine und gemütliche Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage, zudem sehr zentral zu Stralsund gelegen.
Wir werden auf jedem Fall wieder unseren Urlaub dort buchen.

Only to recommend
Hello, I was travelling with my son and dog. I can only recommend the apartment. Everything you need is there, the landlords are very nice and helpful. The area is very quiet and beautiful. There are great dog beaches and everything else was to our satisfaction. The farm dog Ronja is a really nice "mouse". Our male dog got on well with her. My son also made friends in the neighbourhood. It was great and relaxing for everyone. We will definitely come again :-)

Flat with feel-good character to the power of 10
When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by people and animals and immediately felt at home!
The two landlords are so incredibly nice and refreshing that you immediately think you have known them for years.
Child friendliness is very important here, so there is a small playground in the beautiful garden and a large one about 200 m away in the village.
The flat is delightful!
Small, fine, everything you need and very well equipped!
We felt very, very comfortable and will gladly come back!!!!

Sü0e Ferienwohnung
Waren angenehm überrascht, was man unter einem großen Garagendach alles unterbringen kann. Gemütliche, für Selbstverpflegung ( morgens/ abends) zweckbestimmte Ferienwohnung von der man, dank der guten Verkehrsanbindung, schnell Ausflüge (mit dem Auto) auf die Insel Rügen und den Darß unternehmen konnte. Dank der netten Vermieter und des entgegen gebrachten Vertrauens war die Nutzung der hauseigenen Terrasse und des Grills kein Problem.
Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit bei Ihnen und empfehlen sie guten Gewissens weiter.

erholsamer Urlaub
Der Name ist Programm. Süße und vor allem ruhige Ferienunterkunft. Idyllisch gelegen und trotzdem gut erreichbar. Wir hatten in den letzten Tagen nicht unbedingt das Bedürfnis, ein Auto zu benutzen, kamen trotzdem überall hin. Sei es zu den Störtebeker-Festspielen auf Rügen oder zur Insel Hiddensee. Ausserdem haben wir in Stralsund selbst viel unternommen, weil alles gut zu erreichen war. Auto wäre trotzdem vom Vorteil. Sehr nette Vermieter, schöne gemütliche Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber in der Ferienwohnung auch gut eignet für 2 Personen mit Kind. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich zu Vierbeinern und Kindern.Opjekt ist sehr Sauber,viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe, alles super Erreichbar ob Rügen oder Zingst in ca. 40 min ist man da.Auch der Strand in Stralsund mit super Spielplatz ist in 10 min erreichbar.Wir bedanken uns nochmal für den schönen Urlaub, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !!

tolle Ostseeluft und Erholung pur
Tolle Umgebung. Liegt nahe zur Ostsee und dem Strelasund mit einer schönen Spaziermeile. Schöne Altstadt Stralsund's und interessantes Meeresmuseum. Sehr gut für Fahrradausflüge geeignet. Wir kommen gern wieder :)

Gemütliche kleine Ferienwohnung
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Familie Witte ist sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Sie standen uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat bei Seite. Wir haben gute Tipps für Ausflüge etc. erhalten. Man kann dort gemütliche Spaziergänge in den naheliegenden Wald machen und auch sonst war durch die zentrale Lage alles gut zu erreichen. tolle Luft, grüne Umgebung, Strandurlaub
Wir waren zu zweit für ein paar Tage an der Ostsee. Das Objekt liegt in einer sehr schönen naturbelassene Umgebung, von der man wunderbar Ausflüge mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad machen kann. Einen Tag sind wir ohne Probleme mit dem Fahrrad auf die Insel Rügen/Altefähr gefahren. Von hier aus kann man die skyline der Hansestadt Stralsund, welche in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Objekt liegt bewundern. Unsere Ausflüge an den Strand waren wegen der tollen Luft am Wasser sehr erholsam. Zum Baden war es leider noch zu kalt. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder :)

Urlaub
Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Die Lage war super , man kam überall schnell hin. Die Wohnung ist sehr zum Empfehlen. Es hat einfach alles gepasst, man konnte sich erholen und die seele baumeln lassen und erholen. Und auch Ronija war zum knuddeln.
Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Urlaub.

Travelling by car is absolutely recommended, because from here you can easily reach all 3 Baltic Sea islands. The city of Stralsund offers interesting museums, cycling tours in the vicinity are recommendable and also a beach at the Strelasund is also recommended for a short trip.
