Description
Our holiday home "Stine" is a semi-detached house with an enclosed plot of approx. 500 square metres. It is ideal for families or group excursions. The main house is approx. 90 square metres in size and can accommodate 8 people in two bedrooms. In an annex on the property there is a separate double room with a small shower room ("Norbi" holiday room), which can sleep 2 more people. In total there is room for up to 10 people.
Children and pets (one-off cleaning fee of €20 per pet) are very welcome, and the fenced garden offers plenty of space to run around.
A paved terrace with garden furniture and a fixed barbecue is ideal for cosy barbecue evenings. Two sun loungers are waiting for you to relax on the lawn.
On the ground floor of the house is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and everything else you need. There is also a tiled bathroom with a shower tray, washbasin and WC, a living room with a dining area and a TV and a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed.
The upper floor, which can be reached via a staircase, consists of a spacious bedroom, which is also furnished with a double bed and a bunk bed. There is a play corner with board games, books and some toys for younger guests. A small TV set with video recorder and a selection of video and DVD films is also available. A travel cot, a high chair and a toilet seat can be provided.
In a utility room in the annexe there is a washing machine, a freezer and an outside WC ("garden toilet") as well as another shower.
A total of 3 car parking spaces are available on the property.
Bed linen and towels must be brought or can be provided by arrangement for €15 per person.

Welcome to beautiful Stralsund!
Our holiday properties are located near the centre of Stralsund and are easy to reach by car.
There is a good bus connection (bus line 3), for example to explore our beautiful town without the stress of looking for a parking space or to go to the lido. The railway station is approx. 3.5 km away and can also be reached by bus.
The Strelasund with the coastal cycle path is only a few minutes' walk away. There is also a small beach with a bathing area.
The "Störtebeker Braugasthaus" is approx. 250 metres away and invites you to visit. The "Störtebeker Braumanufaktur" right next door is known far beyond Stralsund for its good beer and offers tastings and tours.
There are several supermarkets and bakeries within a radius of approx. 2 km.
If you are visiting us with dogs, there are many good opportunities in the immediate vicinity of our holiday home to let your four-legged friend run around off the lead.
