The holiday home residence is quietly located on a slope above the town. It is only about 800 meters to the kilometers-long, wide, fine sandy beach of the open sea and to the town center of Saint Pierre la Mer.

Various sports opportunities and evening events provide entertainment and variety. The historic city of Narbonne is only a short drive away. The beaches of the open sea are extensive and diverse, with guarded and natural beach sections, all within walking distance (approx. 800 m). The town center itself, with its daily market, the shops, restaurants, and bistros, the diverse recreational facilities, and offerings at the beach and in town are easily accessible both on foot and by car (large free parking lots close to the beach). Worth seeing is the newly created Palm Square, where concert performances alternate with arts and crafts markets and much more every evening.
