The 75 square meters large detached house has the ground floor a 30 sqm living-room with a kitchen area and a 15 sqm winter garden, which can be heated with a gas stove, and from which one can enjoy also of rare cooler evenings the beautiful view of the garrigue can. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each m wide bed. A closet -with passage to Dachterrasse- and dressers in the bedrooms offer plenty of space for clothes of four persons. Opposite the bedrooms is a shower room with toilet.
The house is modern and comfortably furnished. with satellite TV, DVD player, stereo with CD player, Internet, landline telephone (Europe) and a comfortable sitting area. It features a custom kitchen with large fridge, microwave and various usual kitchen appliances. In the shed of the house a washing machine and a garden barbecue. Garden furniture for four people and two bikes also feature.
St. Pierre la Mer is a small family resort on one of the most beautiful coastline of the Languedoc. He is to the south bordered by a long, wide sandy beach and the Mediterranean with the best water quality, to the east of the Etang de Pissevaches, breeding area also many migratory birds, to the north of the Montagne de la Clape and westward from the marina of the neighboring town Narbonne-Plage. The area is ideal not only for swimming but also for hiking, biking, horseback riding and water sports like kite surfing, a. Shopping offers some small supermarkets the daily market held on the beach promenade. You can find many local specialties.
In the wider area, easily accessible, are the cities of Montpellier (100 km), Perpignan (80 km), Carcassonne (80 km) and the French Pyrenees (120 km). The mountains of the Haut Languedoc are about 70 km to 40 km of the Corbieres. Among the smaller typical southern French cities Narbonne, Beziers and Sete there are approximately 20, 30 or 60 km away. Typical of the area are the garrigue (scrubland), pine forests, vineyards, olive groves and vast natural beaches
