In the middle of the enclosed, small holiday home residence Le Clos d'Elsa lies this pleasant holiday home in Gruissan on the Mediterranean Sea, which welcomes up to five guests for a relaxing holiday. The lushly landscaped garden terrace area is completely walled and invites you to relax and enjoy the garden furniture, parasol and barbecue.
The separate living room, furnished with a wicker armchair, three-seater couch and rattan cupboard in light brown, contrasts tastefully with the dining area in white and the kitchen on the ground floor of the house, which is equipped with all modern conveniences. The shower room and WC are also located there. Two bedrooms, one of which has a small balcony, and the roof terrace with sun loungers, which can be accessed from the hallway, await you on the upper floor.
An air-conditioning system keeps the house pleasantly cool in summer.
The car is parked a few metres away in its own parking space. By the way: your dog is also welcome in this family-friendly house.

The beach of the "Plage du Grazel" bathing lagoon and the Mediterranean flair of the promenade lined with mighty palm trees are only about 100 metres away.
The walk along the beach and the water to the impressive marina with its shops, restaurants, bistros, countless sailing yachts, an open-air theatre and much more is wonderful and can be reached in a few minutes, as can the historic old town of Gruissan with its picturesque alleys, typical southern French flair and colourful market hustle and bustle.
Not far from the house, an extensive bathing area with indoor and outdoor pool complex, with sauna and fitness area and with varied adventure offers and a large outdoor slide completes the diverse possibilities for organising your holiday. On the nearby lake, you can safely learn to surf at the surf school (inexpensive courses). The unique panorama restaurant offers a magnificent view of the forests and rocks of the La Clape mountains opposite and the deep blue sea stretching to the horizon,
Many other restaurants with excellent Mediterranean cuisine are within walking distance.
Several bakeries and supermarkets are within 50 metres of the house.
The open sea is about KM away.
