Description
The holiday home is cosy and welcomes its guests with a lushly landscaped and fully fenced terrace. Only a few metres away, the swimming lagoon, beach and hiking trails invite you to pure relaxation. Up to 5 guests, gladly also with dog, will find peace and relaxation from everyday life here.
In the small kitchen corner at the front of the house, which is clearly laid out and practically equipped, it is easy to prepare delicious meals.
At the dining table opposite, eating becomes a double pleasure.
The bedroom on the ground floor is bright and has a comfortable double bed. On the open, laminate-covered gallery (mezzanine), two sofas invite you to relax, watch TV, read ... ... In the evening, the sofas can be easily converted into beds (130x190 cm each), which are perfect for sleeping.
The bathroom, which is located on the ground floor at the back of the house right next to the bright bedroom, is equipped with a washbasin, shower with cubicle and mirrored cabinet. The toilet is in a separate room.
Surrounded by flowering oleander bushes, it is wonderful to enjoy a sunbath or simply linger under the shady canopy.

The holiday home is located in the LES LAGUNES DU SOLEIL residence in Gruissan-Les Ayguades, which offers three different options for swimming:
a swimming pool in the heart of the residence, an inviting bathing lagoon directly in front of the residence and, about 400 m away, the waters of the Mediterranean Sea glistening in the sun with its endless fine sandy beach.
Several restaurants and pizzerias, small supermarkets, bakers and newsagents cater for holidaymakers in the immediate vicinity of the residence.
Lots of nature (beach, water, forest, mountains) in the entire area, a wide variety of leisure facilities such as riding stables, go-kart track, jet ski, boules court, large indoor and outdoor swimming pool complex guarantee pure entertainment.
The historic old town of Gruissan (approx. 5 km away), the vibrant marina, the market that takes place three times a week, the many small shops, restaurants, pizzerias, cafés and discos offer a variety of entertainment for everyone. Culture and history are not neglected either.
