Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad is a brand new resort, at a stone's throw from the small-scale centre of the pleasant seaside resort Nieuwvliet-Bad. The resort is located between the Zeeland polder landscape and the dunes, bordering on nature re reserve De Verdronken Zwarte Polder, not far from the Dutch-Belgian border. The beach is only a 5 to 10-minute walk away.

Nieuwvliet-Bad has a wide beach and is especially popular with families. At low tide, several ponds appear on the beach. This shallow water is great for your children to play in. There are several hiking and cycling routes along the beautiful coast. Also discover nature reserve De Verdronken Zwarte Polder. Especially on foot there's much to see in this 55 hectare nature reserve. You'll certainly meet lots of birds here. The typical Zeelandic Flanders towns of Sluis (12 km) and Cadzand (6 km) can also easily be reached by bike. Here, the Burgundian lifestyle is given great importance. Just over the Belgian border you'll find the mundane coastal resort of Knokke (15 km). Here you'll find luxurious beach bars, designer shops and several restaurants and outdoor cafes. Closer to home there's the town of Breskens (10 km). This is where you can get your daily groceries and some nice fresh fish.

The swimming pool at Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad is open! The pool has three pools, a spray park and slides for all ages.

Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad is a beautiful holiday park in the making, in a wonderful location!

Beach Resort Nieuwvliet Bad is still under construction. For that reason there are no center facilities yet. The center building will be ready by mid-summer 2020 . Until there are, we do everything to provide you with all the conveniences. There is a sandwich service and you can use the facilities and the sports and animation activities of Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad (approximately 3.5 km away) and all facilities of Zeebad (approximately 9 km away).

Due to maintenance work, the pool is closed from Monday 15 November untill Friday 19 November.

Everything was great. The sauna is good (as an IR sauna), it was very clean. Slept well in the beds. There was only one hairdryer missing.

Our family had a great time! The kids loved the outdoor pool and the nearby beach. The living room was spacious and perfect for our evenings together. Definitely a place we would recommend to families.

I loved the modern look of the lodge. Everything was spotless and the kitchen had all the necessities. The location is great for beach lovers, just a short walk away. I appreciated the nice details like the patio heater for the cool evenings. The only downside is that the beds were a bit too hard for my taste, but overall a solid stay!
