Location and surroundings of object

PERLA DE MAR is a beautiful, detached, single-storey villa. It is located in the well-kept and quiet Faro Park - in the very southwest of the island. Approx. 5 minutes by car from the centre of Playa Blanca (approx. 35 minutes from the airport), this impressive and luxurious villa with its approx. 105 sqm on 500 sqm of land offers absolute privacy. You have sole use of the 8 x 4 m pool. Pool towels and beach towels are provided.

The villa is very close to the sea (2-3 minutes walk) and to the promenade of the lighthouse. There you can comfortably enjoy the wonderful sunsets on 2 benches at Sunsetpoint or simply stroll along the sea. (no beach here)

Just as close you will find 3 small supermarkets and various very good restaurants (Italian, Indian, Flamenca/Spanish cuisine, fish restaurant, burger shop as well as various chill-out bars and a sports bar with delicious Guinness. A very tasty breakfast is also offered here - about 100 m from the house.

The bus stop "Faro Park" next to the restaurants with half-hourly connections to Playa Blanca is very practical and reliable, especially if you don't have a rental car. The taxi rank is about 2 km away, so taxis are quickly on the spot.
ATTENTION: In Perla de Mar, "holidays without a car" are very feasible.

The port with daily connections to Fuerteventura is nearby.

The nearest beach access is about 10 minutes walk away. (The beautiful southern beaches of Playa Dorada and Playa Flamingo are only a few minutes' drive from the villa (or simply walk along the promenade). The beautiful, unspoilt Papagayo beaches can be reached by car in about 10-15 minutes. (There are no buildings here, but there is a beautiful beach bistro above the beaches)

PLAYA BLANCA offers everything your heart desires: a long sea promenade with numerous shops, boutiques, cafés and restaurants. Doctors, pharmacies, banks, gym, aqua park and even a renowned tattoo parlour can be found in this charming little coastal town.
The long sea promenade also leads to MARINA RUBICON with its beautiful boat harbour and wonderfully situated restaurants right on the water. Shopping in the covered mall is also a pleasure here.
Camel rides are available at TIMANFAYA NATIONAL PARK

In any case, a permanently impressive and mostly sunny landscape is everywhere on Lanzarote and the sea view on the way is almost omnipresent

Great vacation at Villa Perla de Mar

We were guests for 14 days with the Paulus family in the Villa Perla de Mar in Faro Park.
We lacked nothing.
Excellent furnishings, color-coordinated ambiance throughout the area (including the garden), heated pool, quiet neighborhood, and much more.
We had contact with the landlords in advance and were able to view the villa beforehand.
Everything was perfect during the reception (key handover, etc.).
You can really tell the famous German touch. Everything lovingly coordinated.
In November 2026, we will return to Villa Perla de Mar for 7 weeks and are already very excited about the vacation.

Dream villa in a good location

Lovingly furnished villa with many amenities in Faro Park.
The large, heated pool invites you to swim, and the beautiful garden encourages you to linger. The garden is planted in the typical Lanzarote style.
The villa is only a 5-minute drive from Playa Blanca village. Shopping facilities are within walking distance.

Wonderful Holiday in a Beautiful Villa

We are just back from a wonderful 3 weeks in Perla de Mar.
The villa itself is beautiful, it has everything you need for your holiday and very nicely decorated. The beds are extremely comfortable. We spent most of our time in the lovely outside area. The pool was fantastic, a great size and was well used by the adults and the children. It was really warm too! It was cleaned every week by the lovely pool man.
It is situated in a fantastic location, only a short 2 minute stroll to a selection of fantastic restaurants, supermarkets and bars. You will also find the No 30 Bus Stop there that will take you all the way down to the Marina Rubicon stopping at different locations along the way.
The communication from the owners was great, everything was explained and it was no problem to contact them if we needed to.
All in all we had a fantastic time and wouldn't hesitate to return or to recommend, it's just a shame our dates aren't free for summer 2025 but hopefully the following year!
Thanks again for allowing us to stay at your property.

Fantastic Villa

Dany and Eduard the owners were fantastic, from our initial enquiry to booking and explaining everything to us they couldn't of been anymore helpful. The villa itself is fantastic, it has every home comfort you could wish for, it is beautifully decorated and is very homely. The villa has a beautiful relaxing outside garden which benefits by having a wonderful heated pool and is very private. One of the things I loved about it was the beds are extremely comfortable so you are guaranteed a good nights sleep. The kitchen has every convenience you could ask for and is nicely laid out. The living area is very relaxing and they have a satellite system so you can watch all your favourite shows and programmes. The area where the villa is situated is close to restaurants and two supermarkets and it has the bonus of a local bakery that does fantastic bread and cakes, you are only a 5 minute walk to the coastal path and the sea, I would not hesitate to come back, I would like to say thank you to Dany and Eduard for letting us stay in their beautiful home.

Villa Perla de Mar: Enjoy the vacation of your dreams in an exclusive villa with a fantastic sea view.

The Villa Perla de Mar is a very beautiful well-maintained house. We were by the water in a few minutes and took very nice walks there - wonderful air and always nice weather. The beds were very good, the bathrooms well maintained. Good restaurants were only a few minutes away. The good care of Dany started even before our vacation. It was a completely beautiful vacation. Anytime again.

Dreamy villa

Dreamlike villa like a second home. You instantly feel comfortable when you enter the door. The house is beautifully furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. We particularly liked the personal contact with the landlord. The friendliness of Daniel (property manager) and also the gardeners, whom we had the pleasure of meeting. We didn't want to go home anymore.

Villa Perla De Mar - an absolute highlight!

"I'll be back!" to quote Schwarzenegger, we are also coming back and quite soon... We can confirm all the previous reviews without exception. We have been fans of Lanzarote for over 30 years and have experienced all the accommodation options available (except for hotel vacations which do not suit us), with a focus on Playa Blanca Coloradas/Faro Park in recent years. This villa meets all expectations and has been furnished with great attention to detail. Upon entering the villa, you immediately feel at home. Excelent Stay

My husband and I had a fabulous holiday, the villa is very well equiped and has everything you could possibly need and the pool is great.
Location is brilliant, just a short walk to shops and restaurants. There is also an excellent bus service into Playa Blanca centre which is very regular.
I think the fact we made a further booking for 2023 before we left says it all, we loved the villa , felt very comfortable and cant wait to return.

A true pearl

The Perla de Mar is a wonderful oasis to relax and regenerate, we felt very comfortable there and will certainly be guests again.
The owners made every effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The furnishings of the entire property are of a correspondingly high quality and in the very best condition, here you immediately notice that a lot of love has been put into the furnishings and design!

Gladly again at any time

We spent a very relaxing week in the quiet villa at the end of May 2022 and really recovered well there.
We enjoyed swimming in the pool at a pleasant temperature and the beautiful ambience of the villa every day
In a few minutes you are at the sea, where there is a beautiful sunset to watch at the lighthouse.

Beautiful holiday home with heated pool

Beautiful furnishings with great attention to detail
Heated pool, air conditioning and barbecue on the terrace leave nothing to be desired. It is only a few minutes' walk to the seafront promenade.
We liked it very much, so we will be back in Perla de Mar from autumn 2022 to spring 2023.
