Description
The "Alte Bäckerei Sülstorf" is a house with history. The brick house in the main street was built in 1919. The Sülstorf bakery was located there until 1970
in 1996, the house was renovated and divided into three flats. We bought the house in 2020 and furnished two holiday flats
Our holiday flats have a shared front door, and the hallway leads directly into the flats on the left and right. Each flat has its own door to the courtyard. The flats are spread over two floors, connected by a staircase within each flat.
On the ground floor of the Klönstuv is the combined living/dining area with kitchen and wood-burning stove, as well as a WC. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe and a children's room with a bunk bed. The bathroom with shower and bathtub is also on this floor
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, oven, extractor bonnet, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer compartment as well as kettle and coffee machine. A parking space is available in the courtyard. In the outdoor area of the property, there is a guest garden for our holiday guests with a large sandpit, swing and trampoline as well as a covered outdoor seating area with a view into the garden.
Our flats are non-smoking flats, but there is the possibility to smoke in the courtyard.

Location and surroundings of object
Centrally located between Schwerin and Ludwigslust is Sülstorf, one of three districts in the municipality of the same name. Sülstorf is a quiet village surrounded by fields, meadows and a nearby peat bog. The state capital Schwerin is about 20 km away. The city of seven lakes is more than worth a visit. The beautifully preserved moated castle or the beautiful city centre, Schwerin Zoo, an open-air museum and much more create a colourful and varied holiday programme. Other destinations for day trips are the Hanseatic cities of Wismar, Lübeck, Rostock and Hamburg and the royal seat of Ludwigslust. The Baltic Sea is about 60 km away and can be reached by car in about an hour. The Mecklenburg Lake District with the towns of Plau and Waren is also easily accessible by car.

Arrive, feel good and relax
The flat is exactly how you would want a holiday flat to be. Excellent furnishings with many well thought-out details
Very clean and comfortable and very spacious. Nothing is missing. The beds are excellent.
There are several cosy seating areas in the garden
From Süelstorf you can make many great city trips (Schwerin, Wismar or Ludwigslust are within easy reach). Boltenhagen/Baltic Sea is also only an hour's drive away.
Brigitte and Gerhard are very friendly hosts and take great care of their guests. We can definitely recommend this holiday flat.

Entspannte Urlaubswoche
Ich habe gemeinsam mit meiner Freundin eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten super entspannen.
Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten alles, was wir benötigt haben. Besonders hilfreich fanden wir auch den Ordner mit Tipps und Informationen, den die Gastgeber bereitgestellt hatten.
Schwerin ist eine sehr sehenswerte Stadt, auch wenn wir wegen Corona leider das Schloss nicht besichtigen konnten. Wir kommen deshalb sehr gerne für einen zweiten Besuch wieder!

Schöner Mädelstrip
Meine Freundinnen und ich hatten einen super schönen Kurzurlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung. Wir waren begeistert, wie gut die Wohnung ausgestattet und wie liebevoll sie gestaltet ist. Für einen Städtetrip nach Schwerin bietet sich die Unterkunft perfekt an. Mit dem Auto oder Zug ist man in 15 Minuten in der Stadt. Die Zeit hat leider nicht für alle Aktivitäten ausgereicht, die wir unternehmen wollten. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch haben wir vor nach Berlin und Hamburg zu fahren und auch das Meer ist in erreichbarer Nähe.
Brigitte und Gerhard waren sehr herzliche Gastgeber, was den Wohlfühlfaktor noch mehr erhöht hat. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal!

Erholungsurlaub für Eltern
Wir waren im August 2021 mit einer befreundeten Familie die im Brezelstüble war zu Gast in der Ferienwohnung Klönstuv. Wir wurden total überrascht von der tollen Ausstattung vor allem in den Küchen. Die mitgebrachten Spielsachen und sonstige Utensilien konnten wir im Auto verstaut lassen. Das ganze Grundstück war eingezäunt sodass wir die Kinder ungestört im Garten spielen lassen konnten. Der Outdoorbereich konnte von den Kindern in verschiedenen Altersstufen genutzt werden. In der überdachten Sitzgruppe könnten wir auch bei mäßigem Wetter einen Kindergeburtstag ausrichten :) danke hier nochmals an die tollen Gastgeber Brigitte und Gerhard für die liebevolle Geburtstagsdeko :)
Beide Ferienwohnungen waren sehr sauber, gemütlich und modern mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir sind sehr viel in Ferienwohnungen unterwegs und waren sehr von der Sauberkeit und Praktikabilität der Wohnungen beeindruckt. (Z.b Rausfallschutz bei den Betten, Gitter an der Treppe, Hocker für Kinder, Küchen Utensilien ect.) Die Wohnungen sind nicht nur für Familien geeignet sondern auch für Paare, befreundete Familien/Paare, mit Großeltern ect durch den Verbringunngsflur kommt man leicht schnell zusammen oder man hat auch schnell seine Ruhe voreinander. Sülstorf liegt sehr ländlich aber das genießt man auch. Man ist schnell in Schwerin und kann viele Ausflüge Unternehmen und man ist auch schnell in den umliegenden Großstädten oder an der Ostsee.
Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch. Die Kinder haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Auf dem Land mit vielen Möglichkeiten
Wird waren im August für eine Nacht in der alten Bäckerei und hatten die Möglichkeit beide Ferienwohnungen anzuschauen.
Beide Wohnungen sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Aber auch für zwei befreundete Familien oder auch für einen Urlaub mit den Großeltern.
Die Betten sind sehr hochwertig und wir haben prima geschlafen.
Die Ausstattung und beiden Wohnungen ist sehr gut, alles da , was man braucht.
Besonders schön fanden wir den großen Garten und Gästegarten mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Auch der überdachte Sitzplatz ist ein tolles Angebot und ermöglicht das Essen im Freien bei jedem Wetter.
Sülztorf selbst ist ländlich und man wird tatsächlich noch von Hähnen geweckt.
Schwerin ist in 10 Minuten erreicht und es gibt sehr viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.
Hamburg, Rostock und Lübeck, wer Städte gerne mag. Die Ostsee und die Mecklenburgische Seenplatte, alles in rund einer Stunde Entfernung lädt zu unterschiedlichsten Tagesausflügen ein.
Besonderes guten gefallen hat uns die liebevolle Atmosphäre dieses Hauses . Die Gastgeber helfen gerne weiter mit Tipps und Empfehlungen.
Wir werden gerne für einen längeren Aufenthalt wieder kommen.
