Our holiday flat is located in a bicycle-friendly environment with little traffic on the roads, forest and cycle paths.
The cosy little holiday flat offers space for up to 4 people.
You can see a floor plan of the flat in the pictures.
It is located in an old brick house on a 3500 square metre property in a dead end street and
has a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom.
The living room with dining area has satellite TV and two comfortable sofa beds for one person each, but they can also be connected.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker and oven, dishwasher, microwave and freezer.
You can sleep in the bedroom in a large double bed 1.8 x 2 m and in the living room on two single sofa beds.
The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the flat and on the terrace.
Outside, a terrace with a pavilion invites you to linger or barbecue. On the large property there is enough space for badminton, football for the little ones or table tennis. A playground is only 5 minutes away.
There is a water ski facility at a bathing lake about 8 km away.
There are plenty of other lakes in the surrounding area.
The centre of Schwerin with its seven lakes and the fantastic old town with the unique castle can be reached in about 15 minutes by car or in 16 km by bike.
The Baltic Sea (Boltenhagen) can be reached in an hour, Kühlungsborn in 1 1/4 hours.
Bicycle rental:
Bicycles can be rented or brought to the holiday flat in about 8 km distance. More information on request.
Hikes:
A hiking trail runs directly through Sülstorf. Due to a railway connection, our village offers the possibility to explore some other hiking trails in the surrounding area. More information on request.

You can reach us:
From the A24, take the Schwerin Hagenow exit in the direction of Schwerin. In Bandenitz, turn right after the Shell petrol station. Follow the K 30 through Neu Zachun and Hoort to Sülstorf. Once in Sülstorf, take the first road on the left past the church.
After approx. 200 m you will reach your holiday destination.
Coming from Ludwigslust ( A24 exit Ludwigslust Neustadt Glewe ) or Schwerin follow the
B 106 to Hasenhäge. Turn off here in the direction of Sülte. Follow the K 30 through Sülte to Sülstorf.
In Sülstorf follow the main road straight ahead until you reach a dead end.
You will see your holiday destination on the left-hand side. Sülstorf is a community of approx. 500 souls
in a beautiful landscape. There is a playground for the little ones about 5 minutes from the holiday home. The nearest shopping facilities are about 7 km away.
Sülstorf was first mentioned in a document in 1217. The linden branch in the municipal coat of arms, which the municipality has borne since 13 November 2000, is intended to refer to the densely wooded area on the one hand and to the number of leaves on the other to the three present-day districts (Boldela, Sülstorf, Sülte). Sülstorf used to belong to the Johanniterkomturei in Kraak, which is indicated by the Maltese cross in the coat of arms. The colours of the coat of arms (tinging) refer to the former county of Schwerin. In the "Description of the Offices" by Bertram Christian von Hoinckhusen (around 1700) there are various references to the places. Thus (in). Boldela was a sovereign farm, to which the villages of Lehmkuhlen, Holthusen and Sülstorf served". Sülte was listed among the villages that were not in Hufe. Sülstorf and Hoort were parishes of the Sülstorf church. In Kraak there was a daughter church of Sülstorf. The chapel (church) in Sülte was a daughter church of Uelitz. On a map (1882/edition 1941) a mill is still marked near the right-hand end of Sülstorf in the direction of Sülte. Until 1315 the commander of the Order of St. John had his seat in Sülstorf. On , a fire destroyed the Sülstorf church. In 1984, the church was rebuilt and consecrated again, albeit without a tower. Therefore, it was a special highlight for the village community in 2003 when the new wooden church tower, equipped with two new bells, finally completed the picture again.

Relaxing holiday
We can only recommend this accommodation. The flat is very well equipped and has its own terrace and garden. The landlords are super nice, happy to help and have good tips for excursions.

Entspannter Urlaub in absolut ruhiger Lage
Eine saubere und gepflegte Ferienwohnung, in der es an nichts gefehlt hat.
Besonders positiv: viel Stauraum in den Schränken, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, ein eigener großzügiger Bereich im Garten mit überdachter Sitzgelegenheit und ein sehr nettes und entgegenkommendes Vermieterpaar!

Wohlfühlunterkunft, auch mit Fellnasen
Wir bedanken uns auf diesem Wege für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und würden gerne wiederkommen. Bei Ihnen fühlt man sich sehr wohl und kann von der ersten Minute an vom Alltag abschalten. Die Pizzeria im nahe gelegenen Ort ist sehr empfehlenswert, sowie allgemein die Umgebung. Ein Besuch im Bärenpark Müritz war ebenfalls toll und die Mitnahme von Hunden kein Problem. Besonders lecker waren im Park die Fischbrötchen bei Mütze.

Nochmals Dank an die Familie Kort!
Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben und willkommen gefühlt. Die Wohnung und das Grundstück, sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Unsere Hündin hat es genossen im Garten zu liegen. Einziger Wermutstropfen für die Gegend, wenn man Radfahrer will, die Radwege sind gewöhnungsbedürftig, ausser in der Lewitz. Nochmals vielen lieben Dank !

Auto unbedingt zu empfehlen. In ca 20 mins zu Fuss befindet sich die Bahnstation an welcher je Richtung, alle Stunde ein Zug fährt.(mit Ausnahmen)
Unterkunft für ruhigen Urlaub. Vermieter sind sehr unkomliziert und äusserst gastfreundlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
Schwerin ist in 20 mins (Auto) zu erreichen.. Hübsche Stadt mit allerlei Interessantem.

Urlaub mit Hund
Wir haben mit unserer Hündin Donna (Colli-Schäferhundmix) eine super sonnige und erholsame Urlaubswoche in Sülstorf erlebt. Die Unterkunft ist super gemütlich und komfortabel ausgestattet.
Dank des schönen Wetters konnten wir die gemütliche Sitzecke im Garten zum Frühstücken und Entspannen nutzen. Es hat uns 3 sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Top Ferienwohnung am Rand von Schwerin
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig ausgestattet und bietet genügend Platz für eine kleine Familie (in unserem Fall mit einem Kind). Am Rande Schwerins und sehr ruhig gelegen (20-25 min. bis ins Zentrum), ein idealer Startpunkt für Stadtausflüge (Schwerin, Wismar, Rostock) oder für den Badeurlaub (sehr zu empfehlen: der nahegelegene See mit Wasserskianlage und genügend Platz zum Baden).
Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist absolut reibungslos und Familie Kort ist sehr zuvorkommend.
Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen!
