With a living space of 160 square meters, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms there is enough space for up to seven people. All rooms are on the ground floor. Your favorite spot is sure to be the wonderful terrace, perfect for a long breakfast and long barbecues. Relax in the large pool or play table tennis or table football for a change. We had a great week here with 6 adults. Each couple had their own shower/toilet, nice pool included, beautifully located, close to the coast (7 minutes by car) and half an hour from Lucca/Pisa. The house is somewhat remote, so a car is necessary. The owner is very friendly, sometimes working nearby, but we didn't see him at all during the week. Driving there is indeed a challenge over very narrow roads (the last 100 meters is a dirt road).

The holiday home is already very difficult to find. But it is also in a nice quiet location. Unfortunately, the house has aged a lot. The bathrooms show significant deficiencies. Grout is broken, mold in the grout, which does not match the price and rating of your company for the house. The landlord is very nice in itself, but in our opinion, was too little concerned about providing service for the pool. If you take the price of the house that we paid and the price that will be charged starting next year, then the price-performance ratio unfortunately does not match at all. It is also to be criticized that there were fewer glasses available than guests fit in the house. Nevertheless, we were able to relax, but we would not book the house again in this condition at this price.

The house was very good, the pool was great. However, it was difficult to find the location, it is on a dirt road. The location was excellent, quiet and with a beautiful view.
