Description
Detached, well-maintained villa with a living area of 100 m2 on a private plot, for exclusive use of the entire property. Private pool, approx. 7 x 4 meters, with Roman steps for comfortable entry and exit. The pool has pool lighting and can be heated with a heat pump. The outdoor shower by the pool is temperature adjustable. Garden furniture and four sun loungers are available for relaxation. Furthermore, a 30 sqm roof terrace is at your disposal. A Weber gas grill invites you to cozy barbecue evenings. A parking space for your car is available on the property.
The holiday home is divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with large satellite TV, internet access via WiFi and air conditioning, adjoining kitchen with fridge-freezer combination, oven, microwave, induction ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and everything you need for cooking. A bedroom with double bed (2.00 x 1.80 m) with SAT-TV, air conditioning and shutters, a bathroom with shower, bathtub and underfloor heating, washing machine with integrated dryer. A guest WC. Upper floor — accessible via an external staircase: a bedroom with 2 single beds (each 2.00 x 0.90 m) which can also be pushed together, with SAT-TV, air conditioning and shutters, a bathroom with shower, an anteroom with refrigerator and freezer compartment, coffee machine and seating area, large roof terrace. Fly screens are installed on all windows of the house (except for the patio door and the window in the entrance area). In the cooler season, the air conditioners can also be used for heating. The bathrooms have towel radiators and heat lamps. The lower bathroom has underfloor heating and the living room has a fireplace.
Bringing pets is not allowed.
Restaurants. Bars and cafes are located within a radius of 300 to 500 meters, a large supermarket and the town center are about 700 meters away, and it is about 1,000 meters to the beach.

Cancellation terms:
If you cancel your trip up to 60 days before the arrival date, we will charge 30% of the total amount as a cancellation fee, after that 75% of the total amount, and from 14 days or less before the arrival date, and for no-shows, the total rental price. In the case of early departure or no-show without prior notification, there is no entitlement to a refund. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. Along with your booking documents, you will receive a link to a travel insurance that we can recommend to you.

beautiful, clean house
nice, clean house. You could chill all day here. Everything could be done on foot - even getting bread rolls from the bakery in the morning. We have never come back from vacation so relaxed and would like to thank the homeowner very much for renting out this beautiful house.

a feel-good oasis
The absolute highlight is the heated pool, the entire facility is brand new, we had a very relaxing autumn holiday here and will definitely come back.
