Irresponsible handling of complaints
This vacation rental is absolutely not recommended. During our entire stay, there was a massive cockroach infestation in the house. The hygienic conditions were unacceptable and completely ruined our vacation.
Although a pest control service was hired for the drains once, it had no effect whatsoever. The cockroaches continued to appear throughout the house, clearly indicating that the infestation was not limited to the drains but had its origin in other parts of the house. No sustainable or serious problem-solving occurred.
Instead of taking responsibility or responding appropriately, the landlord claimed we had "booked incorrectly." When my husband understandably reacted angrily to the situation, she abruptly ended the conversation and just left us standing.
Our subsequent demand for a refund – at least partially – went completely unanswered. Due to the application of Spanish law and the necessity of a Spanish law firm, legal enforcement is unfortunately greatly complicated, which makes this kind of treatment particularly disappointing. We felt neither taken seriously nor treated with respect. Both the condition of the accommodation and the handling of legitimate complaints are unacceptable.
We strongly advise against booking here.

Es tut mir leid, dass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt nicht ausschließlich positiv wahrgenommen haben. Wie bei Ihrer Anreise transparent erläutert, kann es in südlichen Regionen Spaniens trotz regelmäßiger Reinigung und Vorsorgemaßnahmen vereinzelt zum Auftreten von Insekten kommen.
Nach Ihrer Meldung habe ich umgehend reagiert, noch am selben Tag einen professionellen Schädlingsbekämpfer beauftragt und zusätzliche Maßnahmen ergriffen. Die betroffene Bettwäsche wurde sofort ausgetauscht.
Als Zeichen unseres Entgegenkommens habe ich Ihnen zudem die Nebenkosten vollständig erlassen.
Ich bedaure, dass diese Maßnahmen in Ihrer Bewertung keine Berücksichtigung gefunden haben. Gleichzeitig freue ich mich, dass viele andere Gäste unser Ferienhaus und unseren Service sehr positiv bewerten, insbesondere die Sauberkeit und unsere schnelle Erreichbarkeit.

Mega beautiful
We were there in July 2025, as the house has everything for a mega vacation. From key handover to service, everything is top-notch. Highlighting Mrs. Gieraldi, always approachable and also always reachable by phone. She does a damn good job. We are already looking forward to the house and can only recommend it. Family Friede

Everything available for a lovely vacation
We had a very nice time in this house. Everything you need is available.
The only thing missing from this otherwise beautiful house is a covered or wind-protected seating area.
Mrs. Ghilardi does a great job and takes excellent care of everything and is always reachable when there are problems.

All great!
Beautiful holiday home in a sunny, quiet, and very convenient location within walking distance to a small supermarket, a few restaurants, and the sea. Attractive and functional interior, beautiful outdoor area with swimming pool. Everything is provided and very well maintained. Suitable for young, old, and families. Highly recommended even with a dog. We will come back!!
