Discover our charming holiday home Casa Ay Caramba, located in Els Poblets on the beautiful Costa Blanca. With 160 square meters of living space, our house accommodates up to 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Our holiday home is perfect for a family vacation, but also for a holiday with your four-legged friend, as we are a dog-friendly accommodation. You can conveniently park your car in the garage. The spacious garden invites you to relax and with the BBQ grill you can prepare delicious meals. The private saltwater swimming pool provides refreshment on hot days and on the terrace you can enjoy the Spanish sun.
Inside the house you will find a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishes, and induction stove. An extractor hood ensures that you have pleasant indoor air even while cooking. For your entertainment, a CD player, TV, radio, satellite TV, a washing machine, WiFi, a DVD player, and a hi-fi system are available.
The house is equipped with several air conditioners to ensure pleasant temperatures even during the hot summer months. A washing machine is available for your laundry, and an iron is also provided. In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer.

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is located in Els Poblets on the Costa Blanca, an idyllic place on Spain's Mediterranean coast. Els Poblets is only 8 kilometres from Denia. Both the stone and sandy beaches are within easy walking distance (approx. 900 metres). The bus connection to Denia is also nearby. In our village you will find bars, restaurants, supermarkets such as LIDL, Aldi, Consum, Mercadona, Mas y Mas and cash machines. Just 5 minutes' walk away you will find bakeries and a small German supermarket. There is also a supermarket a few minutes away that is open daily (Saladar).
The nearest 18-hole golf courses (Oliva Nova and La Sella) are both just 15 minutes away. Other sports options in the area include tennis, padel, horse riding and water sports. The region is also well-known and popular with cyclists and hikers.
German and English-speaking doctors, dentists and physiotherapists are also within walking distance.

Cancellation terms:
Here is the translation to English: The tenant may withdraw from the rental agreement before the start of the tenancy by submitting a written declaration to the landlord. The relevant date is the day the notice of withdrawal is received by the landlord. If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement, they must pay a lump-sum compensation for the expenses already incurred by the landlord and for lost profit in the following amounts, provided that it is not possible to rent the property to someone else: A cancellation is possible up to 60 days before the start of the rental period. In this case, the deposit (30%) remains with the landlord as compensation. If the contract is cancelled less than 60 days before the start of the rental period, the entire rental amount (excluding additional costs) must be paid. For this reason, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. If the tenant withdraws from the contract, they may nominate a replacement tenant who is willing to enter into the existing contractual relationship in their place. The landlord may object to the entry of the third party if this person appears to be financially or personally unreliable. The landlord will also make efforts to find a replacement tenant.

Very beautiful holiday home near Dénia
We had a wonderful time at Mr. Bölle's holiday home. The accommodation is not only extremely well-maintained and tastefully furnished, but also offers everything one needs for a relaxing vacation. The location is ideal – quiet yet close to the beach, town, and shopping opportunities.
Particularly noteworthy is the lovingly designed garden with a pool, which invites you to linger and relax. The amenities leave nothing to be desired: air conditioning, modern kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and cozy bedrooms ensure the highest comfort. Mr. Bölle is an extremely friendly and helpful host who was always reachable and provided us with valuable tips about the area. You can tell that the well-being of his guests is important to him. We will definitely come back and can wholeheartedly recommend this holiday home.

We will come back!
We had a wonderful 10-day stay in June at this fantastic holiday home in Els Poblets! The outdoor area is simply dreamy – the atmospheric lighting creates a cozy atmosphere in the evening, and the large pool was the perfect place to cool off and relax on hot days. The conservatory is a real highlight, where we could enjoy the sun while sitting protected, which made the stay particularly pleasant. The fly screens on all windows were particularly practical, protecting us from unwanted guests. The location of the house is ideal: quiet yet well-connected, allowing us to explore the surroundings comfortably. It was especially nice that the house is pet-friendly – our dog also felt very comfortable. The kitchen is excellently equipped and truly leaves nothing to be desired. Everything needed for preparing delicious meals was available, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
We will definitely come back and can only highly recommend this holiday home!
