Relax in front of the cosy fireplace or enjoy summer evenings together on the spacious terrace by the pool with a direct view of the mountains of the Chiemgau. The two bedrooms on the first floor offer maximum individual comfort with their respective ensuite bathrooms equipped with rain showers and private WCs. From each of the rooms on the upper floor you can access your own wooden terrace, which opens up individual retreat possibilities and offers a dreamlike view of the surrounding mountains. On the ground floor there is another bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen-living room invites you to cook together and sit comfortably.

Experience the impressive Inzell landscape, which is characterised by a sunny valley and picturesque mountain meadows and mountain lakes, and enjoy the beautiful panorama on a hike or a bike tour.
In winter, there are excellent opportunities for ice skating and skiing. The Max Aicher Arena winter sports facility is located in the village itself, and the Kesselalm lifts in Inzell and the Pommernlift in Adlgaß are in the immediate vicinity. Inzell itself offers fantastic conditions with 80 km of cross-country skiing/skiing trails with direct access from the front door. In addition to the Kaltenbach ski area, the Winklmoos-Steinplatte and Lofer ski areas are also in the direct vicinity.
The holiday resort Inzell is situated at an altitude of 650m and is surrounded by the local Chiemgau and Berchtesgaden Alps. It is in the immediate vicinity of the Inzell spa and bathing park.

Top holiday home
This holiday home is top, especially for families. It was very clean and the view of the mountains was very nice. The location was very quiet and very pleasant. The private pool was the highlight because it is clean and the children had fun in the pool every day. There were also top restaurants nearby. We would love to visit it a second time.

Cozy holiday home, great pool, beautiful surroundings, perfect getaway
We spent 5 days or 4 nights at Chalet Chiemgau and had a completely successful stay.
The first contact with Mr. Fröhlich was very friendly and straightforward. The online check-in, the digital guest card, and the provided information about the house and the surroundings are clearly structured and leave no questions unanswered.
The coordination with the contact person on site also went smoothly. The house handover was excellently organized and completed quickly.
The chalet is located in a complex with similar houses but benefits from its edge location. This allows for a lot of peace and privacy. Although neighbors are nearby, one feels almost as if they have the property all to themselves.
The house itself is modern, high-quality, and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen is excellently equipped and offers everything needed for a relaxing vacation. We particularly enjoyed the three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom or direct access to it. The thoughtful layout with sauna, terrace, and bathroom on the ground floor is very well done. The beds are exceptionally comfortable – we slept excellently.
Another highlight is the pool in the garden. Size and depth are ideal, both for cooling off and for relaxed swimming. The pool is not heated, which one should know. At the beginning of our stay, the water was still a bit fresh due to the first warm days of the year, but later we found it very pleasant and refreshing. The existing roof protects the pool and can be easily retracted for swimming when needed.
We really enjoyed our stay. The Chalet Chiemgau is a great holiday home with a quiet location and a beautiful environment. It was definitely not our last vacation here.

Absolute recommendation
We felt very comfortable in this holiday home in Inzell from the very beginning. The house is extremely clean and well-maintained – you can immediately tell that a lot of value is placed on order and quality here. Everything you need for daily needs is really available. The location is excellent: pharmacy, bakery, and a grocery store are easily accessible, so you are well taken care of even without much planning. We were particularly thrilled by the beautiful surroundings – ideal for hiking, walking, and simply unwinding. The nature around Inzell is stunning. Another plus: Salzburg can be reached by car in a maximum of 45 minutes and is perfect for a day trip.
The holiday home itself offers a lot of comfort and privacy. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, everyone has their own space, which is especially pleasant when there are several people. In particular, the bathroom and the lower area are very suitable for older people. The beds are comfortable, we all slept very well. Here too, everything was absolutely clean.
We would like to give great praise to the landlords. The communication was exceptionally warm, friendly, and reliable. Any inquiries were answered quickly and easily at any time, which gave us a very good feeling. The stay is rounded off by the very beautiful view that can be enjoyed in peace. Overall, this holiday home is a wonderful place to relax, feel good, and enjoy. We can recommend it without reservation and would gladly return at any time.

Bavaria in Autumn
We can recommend the cozy house without hesitation. One of the best locations in the resort regarding the terrace next to the pool. Unfortunately, it was not usable for us due to the bad weather. But also a top central spacious location for excursions in the region. Chiemsee, Salzburg, Königssee, Kehlsteinhaus - all reachable in less than an hour by car. Upon returning, you immediately feel at home again. Overall, we found everything as promised in the brochures on the internet. Communication with the very friendly landlords, organization of arrival, departure, key handover - everything very uncomplicated and reliable. This is how a holiday accommodation should be to feel completely comfortable.

Bereits der erste Kontakt mit Herrn Fröhlich war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Der Online-Check-in, die digitale Gästekarte sowie die bereitgestellten Informationen rund um das Haus und die Umgebung sind übersichtlich aufgebaut und lassen keine Fragen offen.
Auch die Abstimmung mit dem Ansprechpartner vor Ort verlief reibungslos. Die Hausübergabe war bestens organisiert und schnell erledigt.
Das Chalet liegt in einer Anlage mit ähnlichen Häusern, profitiert aber von seiner Randlage. Dadurch genießt man viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Obwohl Nachbarn in der Nähe sind, fühlt man sich fast so, als hätte man das Grundstück ganz für sich allein.
Das Haus selbst ist modern, hochwertig und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Besonders angenehm fanden wir die drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad bzw. direktem Zugang dazu. Die durchdachte Raumaufteilung mit Sauna, Terrasse und Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss ist sehr gelungen. Die Betten sind ausgesprochen bequem – wir haben hervorragend geschlafen.
Ein weiteres Highlight ist der Pool im Garten. Größe und Tiefe sind ideal, sowohl zum Abkühlen als auch zum entspannten Schwimmen. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt, was man wissen sollte. Zu Beginn unseres Aufenthalts war das Wasser aufgrund der ersten warmen Tage des Jahres noch etwas frisch, später empfanden wir es jedoch als sehr angenehm und erfrischend. Die vorhandene Überdachung schützt den Pool und kann bei Bedarf zum Baden einfach zurückgefahren werden.
Wir unseren Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen. Das Chalet Chiemgau ist ein tolles Ferienhaus mit ruhiger Lage und einer schönen Umgebung. Es war mit Sicherheit nicht unser letzter Urlaub hier.
Die Lage ist hervorragend: Apotheke, Bäcker und ein Lebensmittelgeschäft sind gut erreichbar, sodass man auch ohne große Planung bestens versorgt ist. Besonders begeistert hat uns die wunderschöne Umgebung – ideal zum Wandern, Spazierengehen und einfach zum Abschalten. Die Natur rund um Inzell ist traumhaft. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: Salzburg ist mit dem Auto in maximal 45 Minuten erreichbar und eignet sich perfekt für einen Tagesausflug.
Das Ferienhaus selbst bietet viel Komfort und Privatsphäre. Mit drei Schlafzimmern und drei Bädern hat jeder seinen eigenen Raum, was besonders bei mehreren Personen sehr angenehm ist. Insbesondere das SZ und Bad unten sind für ältere Menschen bestens geeignet. Die Betten sind bequem, wir haben alle sehr gut geschlafen. Auch hier gilt: alles war absolut sauber.
Ein großes Lob möchten wir den Vermietern aussprechen. Die Kommunikation war außergewöhnlich herzlich, freundlich und zuverlässig. Rückfragen wurden jederzeit schnell und unkompliziert beantwortet, was uns ein sehr gutes Gefühl gegeben hat.
Abgerundet wird der Aufenthalt durch die sehr schöne Aussicht, die man in Ruhe genießen kann. Insgesamt ist dieses Ferienhaus ein wunderbarer Ort zum Erholen, Wohlfühlen und Genießen. Wir können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.
Die Sauna im Haus ist toll.
Wir würden immer wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.
Im Sommer mit dem Pool direkt an der Terasse ist es bestimmt fast noch schöner als im Winter.

Vor allem die oberen Zimmer sind so wunderschön und groß und man wird morgens mit Blick auf die Berge wach. Einen schöneren Start in den Tag kann es ja kaum geben.
Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist super problemlos und wirklich nett.
Von Inzell aus kommt man auch mit dem Auto schnell in andere schöne Städte.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und freuen uns schon riesig drauf!
Das Haus in wunderbarer und ruhiger Ortsrandlage bietet nicht nur ein herrlichen Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Drei modern eingerichtete Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem großen Bad, ein gemütlicher Wohnraum mit voll ausgestatter Küche und funktioneller Essecke sowie eine große Sauna und ein noch größerer Pool boten uns die besten Voraussetzungen für unseren Urlaub.
Bemerkenswert die herzliche Betreung durch den Vermieter und seine Famile vor, während und nach unserem Aufenthalt.

5 Sterne plus. Vielen lieben Dank.
Beim Aufwachen und beim Einschlafen kann man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Berge genießen. Sowohl die angenehmen Betten, als auch die großzügigen Glasfronten machen es ganz leicht, sich wohl zu fühlen. Und dann ist da noch der Pool vor der Terrasse. Genial. Wir sind teilweise morgens noch vorm Frühstück rein und haben uns im Wasser vergnügt. Dank der modernen Plexiglas-Abdeckung kann sich das Wasser im Pool angenehm erwärmen und kühlt nachts nicht aus.
Im Haus und ringsherum war alles sauber und gepflegt. An Ausstattung haben wir nichts vermisst.
Nachdem das Chalet über eine komplette Küche verfügt, kann man sich überlegen, selber zu kochen. Wir haben uns aufs Frühstück auf der Terrasse beschränkt. Brötchen und Croissants gab es beim Bäcker 10min zu Fuß entfernt, die Butter beim Supermarkt neben dran.
Zum Essen gehen, ist es noch näher. Es gab quasi um die Ecke lecker Kaiserschmarrn und gute Bayerische Küche.
Das Chalet hat auch eine schöne Sauna inklusive. Die haben wir aber nicht genutzt, weil wir bestes Sommerwetter hatten und dann entweder am Pool gechillt haben oder wandern gegangen sind.
Vom Haus aus kann man gut markierte Wanderungen um Inzell und die nahen Berge und Almen starten. Zum Joggen gehen war es traumhaft. Direkt am Chalet loslaufen und dann an grünen Wiesen und ein paar Kühen vorbei, immer mit Blick auf die Berge. Die Stille genießen.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr angenehm und schnell. Gerne wieder.

Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung sind höchstes Niveau. Die Schlafzimmer und Bäder modern und geräumig.
Die Betten sind ein Traum. Wir haben hier himmlisch geschlafen.
Die Gespräche und die Planung vor der Anreise waren perfekt. Alle Fragen wurden beantwortet und auf die Wünsche eingegangen.
Für Radel-Erkundungen (e-Bike sinnvoll) in der bergigen Gegend sowie in den Tälern ein sehr geeigneter Ausgangspunkt !

Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, die Betten sind top und die Bäder sind auch sehr schön und großzügig gestaltet. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Die Terrasse mit dem davor liegenden Pool und dem Sonnendeck mit Liegen, sowie der traumhaften Aussicht konnten wir dank super Wetter besonders genießen.
Für uns war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub in dem Haus und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alles top in Ordnung und sauber. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Pool war natürlich für unsere Kids das Highlight. Der mehrmals die Woche gereinigt wurde.
