Let us spoil you! In our spacious flat Sommer you will feel the lightness of the holidays with every fibre. On 65 sqm you will find peace and relaxation. As a couple, with children or friends - up to four people (double bed (2x80x200) in the bedroom, a double bed (140x200) in the open veranda) will find room with us. How about starting the day with a first walk to discover the sunny island of Usedom. From our Villa Vierjahreszeiten you can walk inland through the woods or be at the kilometre-long sandy beach of the Baltic Sea in 15 minutes. Your way back will take you past the beach promenade and the little shops of Karlshagen, which really invite you to take a stroll. When you return exhausted to your flat, a hot shower is already waiting for you. How about ending a romantic evening with something delicious from the rustic outdoor grill on the terrace or a nice evening by the bio fireplace. With us, you can come to rest with ease. Put your feet up and relax. With us, no wishes remain unfulfilled. Are you coming by car or perhaps by bicycle? Of course we have a place for both on the property. And that's not all. You will find free Wi-Fi, smart TV with streaming function, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven with ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, hairdryer, washing machine, baby cot, high chair, foldable changing mat and much more.
Are you coming in extended family or planning a birthday on the island? On the property there is the flat Spring, Autumn and Winter with a total of 12 additional sleeping places, which we are of course happy to provide together.

A trip to the historic town of Peenemünde is also very interesting. The "Bernstein-Therme-Usedom" in Zinnowitz invites you to enjoy bathing and wellness all year round. An 18 + 9 hole golf course in Balm and several tennis courts are available for active recreation. Well-developed cycle paths open up the whole beauty of this island to the holidaymaker. Winter holidays

beautiful weekend holiday
This time, our path led us to the north of the island of Usedom. In Karlshagen, you can find everything you need. The apartment is nicely centrally located, and the beach is not far away. So everything is great.

relaxing summer vacation
Karlshagen is always worth a trip. Beautiful relaxing vacation in a clean apartment. Everything you need was available. The beach was also not far and the Penny supermarket just around the corner. Everything was perfect.
