The Spring holiday flat in the Baltic resort of Karlshagen, renovated in 2021, invites you to relax and enjoy yourself on 55 square metres. As a couple, with children or friends - up to four people (double bed (180x200) in the bedroom, a double bed (140x200) in the veranda) will find room here. Start your day with a delicious breakfast and hot coffee on the terrace. How about a long walk afterwards? You can choose. From our Villa Vierjahreszeiten you can walk inland through the woods or be at the kilometre-long sandy beach of the Baltic Sea in 15 minutes. Your way back will take you past the beach promenade and the many little shops of Karlshagen, which really invite you to stroll. When you return to your flat, exhausted, a hot shower awaits to pamper you. How about ending a romantic evening with something delicious from the rustic outdoor grill on the terrace or a red wine by the bio fireplace? Put your feet up and relax. With us, no wishes remain unfulfilled. Are you coming by car or perhaps by bike? Of course we have a place for both on the property. And that's not all. You will find free Wi-Fi, smart TV with streaming function, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven with ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, hairdryer, baby cot, baby high chair, foldable changing mat and much more.

The Baltic seaside resort of Karlshagen, in the very north of the island of Usedom, invites you to spend a family and beach holiday. On the beach, numerous offers entice holidaymakers to relax and unwind. This place with an extra big heart for children will enchant you. The marina at the harbour offers maritime flair. A trip to the historic town of Peenemünde is also very interesting. The "Bernstein-Therme-Usedom" in Zinnowitz invites you to enjoy bathing and wellness all year round. An 18 + 9 hole golf course in Balm and several tennis courts are available for active recreation. Well-developed cycle paths open up the whole beauty of this island to the holidaymaker. Everything back to normal.
Equipment, condition, etc. are impeccable! Even a small "starter package" with tabs for the dishwasher and dish soap for the first days is ready! The only small downside: the bedroom in the apartment booked this time on the ground floor is poorly positioned to the street - it gets quite loud early on... The apartments on the first floor have the bedroom facing the quieter courtyard side (insider tip for late risers like us! ), the bathrooms are also a bit more spacious and even have a washing machine. We have now been here for the third time and will definitely come back again next summer!

Winter Short Trip

Good vacation rental with room for improvement
The holiday apartment is well-equipped, especially when it comes to dishes, electrical appliances, and outlets.
The bathroom is perfectly fine and everything seems to be newly refurbished. The kitchen is very well-equipped, there are even two coffee machines, a filter machine, and a pod machine.
The games and pens provided were new and still packaged. The Wi-Fi always worked. We used the double bed in the first bedroom and slept well there.
The key handover and return via the safe is great.
However, the apartment itself is somewhat noisy, especially since it is located directly on the main street and as a corner apartment, it is also affected by the side street, and unfortunately, the windows let through the noise.
The apartment apparently used to be a shop or similar, which is why there is also an entrance here on the main street (wooden door with glass panel), which is practical for loading and unloading, as this is also the parking space for the "Frühling" apartment. However, the second bedroom with a double bed is directly located here and there are no curtains on the door, so blackout is not possible or there is simply no privacy on the door. However, I assume that this will be changed, we have left it as a note.
In general, in our opinion, it is not necessarily suitable for more than 2 people, and there is also a lack of additional seating in the living room (there is "only" a sofa).
The small garden area next to the carport is unfortunately not well maintained. The bike stands were blocked by the trash bins and unfortunately, they are not covered.
The parking situation is good, as each apartment has an assigned parking space.
All in all, a good solid holiday apartment with room for improvement, but it can definitely be recommended (at least for 2 people).
