Description
In this house are rented three apartments with shared pool and barbecue.
*YELLOW HOLIDAY APARTMENT(2+2) on the ground floor with a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room and a terrace a few meters from the pool
*GREEN HOLIDAY APARTMENT(2+2) on the first floor with a double bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa in the living room and two balconies
*RED HOLIDAY APARTMENT(2+2) on the first floor with a double bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa in the living room with door and two balconies overlooking the pool. This apartment has the advantage that the living room has a door and can therefore be used like a second bedroom.
In the house is located very quietly, about 200m from the main road. Between the house and the main road is a forest, so there is literally nothing to hear from the traffic. The beach can be reached in about 8 minutes by car, while the city center is even a bit faster
The landlady also lives in the house, but does not use the pool or the barbecue. She is therefore always there if you need anything

The apartments are located in a quiet location in a multi-family house (new construction), which stands on a fenced and enclosed garden plot. The house is located between Pula center(4km) and Vodnjan(8km) and is 4.2 km from the beach.

Sehr schöne Fewo mit Pool
Sehr schöne Fewo mit top Pool! Sehr herzlicher Empfang haben uns zu jederzeit wohl und willkommen gefühlt! Es war alles sehr sauber! Der pool ist super! Alle umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten,Restaurants und Strände sind gut mit dem Pkw erreichbar!

Sehr freundliche Vermieter
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und haben uns Wohl gefühlt.
