We are a German-speaking host family and are pleased to welcome you to our house.
Since 2015, we have been renting out our holiday apartments, which are located in our lovingly and laboriously built home. We live in the house as well, have our own entrance, and are always available to you both before and during your stay, discreetly and unobtrusively.

* Residential area 250m from the main road; therefore very quiet in terms of traffic
* 2 minutes by car from the beach, see link:
* 5 minutes by car from the city center of Pula and Fazana; also from shopping facilities (LIDL, KAUFLAND etc.) )
* Bakery 300m away (7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. every day)

The holiday homes are located between the city of Pula and the fishing village of Fazana. Everything can be reached within 5 minutes by car and yet the location is very quiet and 200m from the main road.
The picturesque town of Fazana invites you to delicious dinners with a sea view. After this, you can stroll along the coast and enjoy the evening sea air. The city of Pula invites you to various summer events and all kinds of entertainment options. A trip to the Brijuni National Park is highly recommended, as its unique natural beauty will delight you.

Living Dream in Fažana
We as a family can really only recommend this accommodation. The whole house is very clean and has everything you need for a holiday. The pool, the barbecue area does not come across in the pictures as very very beautiful on site. Regarding the hosts, we can say always helpful, very friendly and everything more than very good. Unfortunately, we could only spend 3 nights there and will definitely come back.

Sehr schönes Haus

Perfect holiday
It was our first time here and we felt right at home.
The reception was very warm and we had a tour of the grounds, which we really enjoyed. The pool area and the barbecue area are really nice.
If you can't relax and enjoy yourself here, it's your own fault.
Then we went to our flat
It is very clean and equipped with air conditioning. In addition, there is a ceiling fan that provides "freshness".
For us, there were four of us, it was sufficient and nice.
On the small balcony, which was only for us ;) we enjoyed the evenings and watched the sunset
All in all, a very nice stay, not least because the landlords are very nice and humorous.
We will definitely be back!

Family atmosphere
We were at Villa Sanus for the 2nd time, anytime again.
There is a familiar atmosphere, every day someone from the family comes and asks if everything is okay, you get good tips for beaches or restaurants.
We feel very comfortable there.

wirklich nur sehr empfehlen. Das ganze
Haus ist sehr sauber und hat alles was
man für einen Urlaub braucht. Der Pool,
der Grillplatz kommt auf den Bildern
nicht so rüber wie vor Ort sehr sehr
schön. Zu den Gastgeber können wir
sagen stets hilfsbereit, sehr freundlich
und alles mehr als sehr gut. Leider konnten wir nur 3 Nächte dort verbringen und werden sicher wieder kommen.
Super lieber Empfang mit Rundgang durch das Aussenglände,was uns natürlich sehr gefiel. Der Poolbereich und der Grillbereich sind wirklich schön.
Wer sich hier nicht entspannen und genießen kann ist selber Schuld.
Danach ging es in unser Apartment.
Es ist sehr sauber und mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Außerdem gibt es noch einen Deckenventilator, der für "Frische" sorgt.
Für uns, wir waren zu viert,war es ausreichend und schön.
Auf den kleinen Balkon,der nur für uns war ;) , haben wir die Abende genossen und den Sonnenuntergang beobachtet.
Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, nicht zuletzt auch deshalb, weil die Vermieter sehr nett und humorvoll sind.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Es herrscht eine familiäre Atmosphäre, täglich kommt jemand der Familie und frag ob alles OK ist, man bekommt gute Tips für Strände oder Restaurants.

Wir werden weiterempfehlen ?
Man fühlte sich sehr gut aufgehoben, es wurde immer geholfen, sie waren immer da aber nie aufdringlich. Immer ein nettes Gespräch und Unterstützung wenn man sie brauchte. Da meine Frau schon hochschwanger war, war es an sich sehr wichtig sich so gut aufgehoben und sicher zu fühlen. Jeder in der Familie wäre nachts aufgesprungen und hätte uns bei Bedarf ins Krankenhaus etc. gebracht. Sehr hilfsbereit und nett.
Die Lage ist etwas abseits der Hauptstraße so dass es sehr ruhig ist, aber über eben diese Hauptstraße sind einige sehr schöne Strände mit dem Auto zu erreichen ( einige wenige Minuten...) , nicht zu Fuß. War aber immer klar und für uns absolut ok.
Das Apartment wird gepflegt und soll auch pfleglich behandelt werden, war für uns selbstverständlich, trotz unserer beider Kinder kein Problem wenn etwas zu Bruch geht, solange es keine mutwilligen Zerstörungen gibt, absolut keine Probleme. Die Familie ist immer bemüht es gemeinsam auszubauen und alles in Ordnung zu halten. Kann es jedem nur empfehlen, der zwar ohne Meersicht und direkter Strandlage, dafür aber in einer netten Atmosphäre Urlaub machen möchte.
Einige Strände eher kommerziell aufgebaut, es gibt aber auch Insidertipps über den Vermieter an dem es sehr ruhig zu geht. Aber alle Strände sauber und das Wasser klar. Wie üblich in Kroatien.
Natürlich mangelt es nicht an Sehenswürdigkeiten ( Amphitheater usw) alten Städten und Kultur.Perfekt 5* + , Danke !
