Perfect holiday
It was our first time here and we felt right at home.
The reception was very warm and we had a tour of the grounds, which we really enjoyed. The pool area and the barbecue area are really nice.
If you can't relax and enjoy yourself here, it's your own fault.
Then we went to our flat
It is very clean and equipped with air conditioning. In addition, there is a ceiling fan that provides "freshness".
For us, there were four of us, it was sufficient and nice.
On the small balcony, which was only for us ;) we enjoyed the evenings and watched the sunset
All in all, a very nice stay, not least because the landlords are very nice and humorous.
We will definitely be back!

Family atmosphere
We were at Villa Sanus for the 2nd time, anytime again.
There is a familiar atmosphere, every day someone from the family comes and asks if everything is okay, you get good tips for beaches or restaurants.
We feel very comfortable there.

Relaxing vacation
If we want to go to Istria, then we come here. We were here 3 times this year. Great apartment, very clean and well maintained. A large and clean pool rounds off the whole thing. Short distances to Pula, Fasana and the sea. If you need help, the hosts are always ready to help. This year there was a surprise for our daughter's birthday. Thank you again for that. We were not the last time in this beautiful spot on earth.

Schöne, gepflegte Wohnungen mit Pool
Wir haben zu sechst einen schönen Urlaub in Kroatien gehabt. Unter anderem wegen den zwei super Wohnungen! Die Wohnungen waren top ausgestattet, geräumig und vorallem sehr sauber! Gepflegter Pool war erfreulicherweise auch vorhanden. Strand, Supermarkt etc. war gut erreichbar. Die Vermieter sprachen ausgezeichnet deutsch und waren sehr hilfsbereit. Es wurden nette Gespräche geführt und uns wurden viele Tips zur Gestaltung des Urlaubs gegeben - Goldwert!

Besser geht es fast nicht...!
Was soll man sagen, die Vermieter ( sprechen perfekt deutsch ) sind sicher einige der Nettesten und freundlichsten Menschen die wir in Kroatien getroffen haben. Und das obwohl alle immer sehr nett waren ;)
Man fühlte sich sehr gut aufgehoben, es wurde immer geholfen, sie waren immer da aber nie aufdringlich. Immer ein nettes Gespräch und Unterstützung wenn man sie brauchte. Da meine Frau schon hochschwanger war, war es an sich sehr wichtig sich so gut aufgehoben und sicher zu fühlen. Jeder in der Familie wäre nachts aufgesprungen und hätte uns bei Bedarf ins Krankenhaus etc. gebracht. Sehr hilfsbereit und nett.
Die Lage ist etwas abseits der Hauptstraße so dass es sehr ruhig ist, aber über eben diese Hauptstraße sind einige sehr schöne Strände mit dem Auto zu erreichen ( einige wenige Minuten...) , nicht zu Fuß. War aber immer klar und für uns absolut ok.
Das Apartment wird gepflegt und soll auch pfleglich behandelt werden, war für uns selbstverständlich, trotz unserer beider Kinder kein Problem wenn etwas zu Bruch geht, solange es keine mutwilligen Zerstörungen gibt, absolut keine Probleme. Die Familie ist immer bemüht es gemeinsam auszubauen und alles in Ordnung zu halten. Kann es jedem nur empfehlen, der zwar ohne Meersicht und direkter Strandlage, dafür aber in einer netten Atmosphäre Urlaub machen möchte.
Einige Strände eher kommerziell aufgebaut, es gibt aber auch Insidertipps über den Vermieter an dem es sehr ruhig zu geht. Aber alle Strände sauber und das Wasser klar. Wie üblich in Kroatien.
Natürlich mangelt es nicht an Sehenswürdigkeiten ( Amphitheater usw) alten Städten und Kultur.Perfekt 5* + , Danke !
