Description
You don't need much at all to be satisfied? You will love our sweet beach home for lovers or adventurers. The small idyll is located on the large, green property in a quiet and natural setting. A simply furnished bungalow with 24 sqm does not offer much space, but still everything you need to relax. Start your day with a freshly brewed coffee on the terrace and enjoy the sun's rays. Maybe you can already smell the sea. Only a 15-minute walk separates you from the Baltic Sea. The island's kilometre-long sandy beach invites you to take an extensive walk along the Kaiserbäder. Back in the little cottage, you can relax in the lower part of the bunk bed on a 140 cm wide mattress and there is enough space for a third guest in the upper part of the bunk bed on a width of 90 cm. For romantic and colder hours, there is a wood-burning stove. There is no further heating. The bathroom has a WC and a shower with a small instantaneous water heater. In just a few square metres, you will find everything you need: Smart TV with streaming function, DVD player, free Wi-Fi, a small single kitchen with refrigerator and two hotplates, microwave with grill and hot air, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and kitchen equipment. A parking space is available and for our sporty guests we have enough space to park bicycles.
There are a total of three holiday homes on the property with a total of 11 sleeping places, which can also be booked together.

The Baltic seaside resorts of Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck are among the holiday pearls on the Baltic Sea with a fantastic location and super water quality. All kinds of water sports are available on the beach. The "Ostseetherme" invites you to enjoy bathing and wellness all year round. An 18 + 9 hole golf course and several tennis courts are available for active recreation. Well-developed cycle paths open up the whole beauty of this island to the holidaymaker. A sightseeing flight offers a completely different perspective.
There are cultural attractions for every taste. Just mention the "Chapeau Rouge" theatre tent or the spa concerts on the promenade.

Small but nice
The cottage was clean and had everything you need. My two greyhounds and I had plenty of space. And for us, it was positive that the garden was fenced. A small wooded area is adjacent to it. Shopping facilities can be easily reached on foot. Those who don't need luxury are well taken care of here. And even small problems are quickly and nicely resolved.

Well-located beach house
I really enjoyed my stay in the vacation apartment. Various shopping options, the train station, and a reasonable bike rental are all within a 15-minute walk. Similarly, you can also reach Swinoujście quickly by bike. Overall, I would recommend it anytime and would book it again.

Positive: that it is dog-friendly and close to the beach.
Negative: no dehumidifier, bungalow very musty, on the day of departure, one was literally kicked out as the cleaning staff was already present before the departure time, that was absolutely unacceptable!

Simply Class
We, two adults and a child as well as a dog, had enough space in the accommodation. The house was very clean and everything needed was available. Hiking and cycling trails are great, making it fun to hike and cycle there. Shopping facilities are also easily accessible on foot. There is a small refrigerator, which is a bit too small for summertime since you always buy more to drink. The garden is quite large but needs a bit of attention. All in all, a great accommodation for the price, and it has everything you need. The contact with the landlord was also great.
