The house with its modern and high quality interior has cozy living room, dining area and open kitchen. The modern shower room with beautiful accents with toilet is located on the ground floor.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. One with large double bed 2m - 2m. The 2nd bedroom has a large comfortable sofa bed.
The staircase is equipped with a grid, so that your little ones are safe.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven with integrated microwave, toaster, coffee maker, various electrical appliances. Plates, cups, glasses, pots, pans and cutlery are sufficiently available. The washing machine is in the shed. A flat screen TV (you get with the dish all German programs) also radio / CD.
There are 2 bicycles, a rubber dinghy with electric motor, terrace furniture, parasol available.
Dogs are welcome.
The house has its own parking space.

Welcome to our beautiful holiday home in holiday park De Rijd
De Rijd is a unique park situated around a lake of approx. 8 hectares
Here you can enjoy nature and the peace and quiet. Recreation park De Rijd consists of 84 holiday homes. In front of the park entrance there is a marina, a public outdoor swimming pool and the lovely restaurant "De Rijd".
The park may be entered for loading and unloading, parking spaces are available for all residents and their guests in the central car park
Discover the versatile province of North Holland. You will find the capital Amsterdam, the cheese cities Alkmaar and Edam, and the traditional fishing village Volendam. You will also find beautiful beaches and dunes at Zandvoort, Bergen an Zee and Petten.
Explore the colourful tulip fields of the Keukenhof gardens or simply go shopping in Alkmaar or Harlem.

Cancellation terms:

Free cancellation possible up to 14 days before the arrival date.

You will receive a refund for the booking amount if you cancel your reservation at least 14 days before the planned check-in. For cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in, the booking amount will be refunded minus the cancellation fee (€100.00). The deposit of €100.00 will be refunded after the final cleaning.

De Rijd is a car-free park and may only be used for loading and unloading.
All necessary information will be provided to you before arrival. In addition, a stand-up paddleboard is available for unrestricted use. However, this is not part of the rental contract.
the boat is not included in the rental contract and is also in the house.
You would like to take your boat with you and need a mooring? It is possible to rent a berth in the adjacent marina. If required, you will be given the contact details of the harbour master.

Innen Hui...

Das Haus ist ordentlich eingerichtet und es war ausser die Fenster sehr sauber.
Die Anlage de Rijd ist sehr ruhig, bietet ausser dem See und ein kleines aber schönes Freibad nichts.
Wenn man dort schon keinen Seezugang hat
so sollte der Gartenbereich und die Sitzecke schon ordentlich und gepflegt sein. Das ist hier leider nicht der Fall. Der Garten ist ungepflegt und die Picknick-Bank ist unmöglich und unsauber. Obwohl man einen schönen Blick auf den Kanal mit seinen Booten haben könnte.
Schade.
Die Gegend aber ist sehr schön und ist eine Reise Wert, und das Haus ist Ideal für für 2 Personen.
( bitte mal die Kaffeemaschine tauschen)
Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war ausgezeichnet.

Zur Picknickbank: Diese ist "normalerweise" abgedeckt, und sollte auch immer so verlassen werden, wie es vorgefunden wurde.
Zum Garten: Unser "Gärtner" ist nicht immer vor Ort und kann auch nur in den Garten, wenn keine Gäste da sind.
Zu den Fenstern: Das werde ich weitergeben.

Fine and cozy

Simply great

We had our first family vacation here with two children and are thrilled.

A little piece of paradise. It is also not far to drive to all the places in the area.

Vacation with a dog

The house is located in a quiet holiday park. There is nothing going on in the adjoining village, but larger cities and numerous beaches can be reached in 20-30 minutes (dogs are allowed to run without a leash on some beaches from 7 pm). The holiday home is nicely and modernly furnished and there is nothing missing. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left something to be desired, which slightly spoiled our stay. The bedroom on the upper floor can only be reached by a very steep staircase, not recommended for seniors and people with limited mobility. The bed is very comfortable. Dog-friendly, even a basket is available. We couldn't get the coffee machine to work and operating the oven is complicated. Behind the small fenced garden, there are sheep right there, you feel surrounded by idyllic nature. Unfortunately, the garden is not as well maintained as in the photos and the garden furniture could use a fresh coat of paint. There is also some weed in front of the house. Contact with the landlady was uncomplicated.

Super cosy house in a central location

We stayed in the holiday home for a week in November. The house is equipped with everything your heart desires. Everything imaginable was available and comfortably equipped. It is lovingly furnished so that you feel as if you are in your own home. The house is very centrally located, even well-known surrounding towns can be reached quickly by car or bus. We will be very happy to come back.

Charming holiday home in beautiful North Holland

We can only agree with the previous reviews and had lovely days in Holland. The flat looks exactly like the photos, everything has been thought of. The attention to detail was everywhere. I slept exceptionally well and that really means something :) The bedroom could be darkened well and it was heavenly quiet. The sheep grazing during the day had a very calming effect, along with a good book from the flat's inventory and a delicious coffee.... Within 40 minutes you can do so much, whether beach, sightseeing, strolling or over to Texel for a day. The contact was super, lightning fast and friendly.

Very nice

The handling and communication are very commendable. We can only recommend it. Location, nature, and lake. Cleanliness, no question, mega good. Dog-friendly. We spent a week in this beautiful, well-maintained house in Nieuwe Niedorp, a village between Alkmaar and Schagen. The location is great; you can reach the coast in 15-20 minutes from here, and Alkmaar and Schagen are nearby. If you want to do some shopping, an Aldi is a few hundred meters away, and a bit further you can find, among others, Jumbo, Action, and for the lovers, a fish shop. The house is situated in a nice, quiet park, with most of the houses by the water. This house has a garden, and behind the house, it is quiet; many birds come into the garden. The house is equipped with all kinds of things; there is really nothing missing. It is cozily furnished, and you feel at home right away. Coffee, tea, etc. are also available, as well as herbs, and more—something that is rarely found in other holiday apartments. The beds are very good, and the bedroom is very cozy. The house is situated very idyllically in a park-like setting with a lake, directly across and only 20 steps away.

It is lovingly furnished, has fast Wi-Fi, and everything needed for cooking is available on site. The owners are very quick to respond to any inquiries.

Beautiful quiet location!

Stylish and cozy apartment in a beautiful quiet location! Not far from the numerous beaches of Holland. But there are also many activities to do in the immediate vicinity. For example, you can take a boat ride through the canals or simply paddle around on a stand-up board! We enjoyed our vacation very much and highly recommend it!!

Stylish, cozy holiday cottage

The holiday cottage is furnished with great attention to detail. We felt very comfortable with our dogs. The house is newly renovated, stylishly and cozily decorated. During the day, we took excursions in the area and relaxed in the accommodation in the evenings. We will definitely come back.
