Description
The house with its modern and high quality interior has cozy living room, dining area and open kitchen. The modern shower room with beautiful accents with toilet is located on the ground floor.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. One with large double bed 2m - 2m. The 2nd bedroom has a large comfortable sofa bed.
The staircase is equipped with a grid, so that your little ones are safe.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven with integrated microwave, toaster, coffee maker, various electrical appliances. Plates, cups, glasses, pots, pans and cutlery are sufficiently available. The washing machine is in the shed. A flat screen TV (you get with the dish all German programs) also radio / CD.
There are 2 bicycles, a rubber dinghy with electric motor, terrace furniture, parasol available.
Dogs are welcome.
The house has its own parking space.

Welcome to our beautiful holiday home in holiday park De Rijd
De Rijd is a unique park situated around a lake of approx. 8 hectares
Here you can enjoy nature and the peace and quiet. Recreation park De Rijd consists of 84 holiday homes. In front of the park entrance there is a marina, a public outdoor swimming pool and the lovely restaurant "De Rijd".
The park may be entered for loading and unloading, parking spaces are available for all residents and their guests in the central car park
Discover the versatile province of North Holland. You will find the capital Amsterdam, the cheese cities Alkmaar and Edam, and the traditional fishing village Volendam. You will also find beautiful beaches and dunes at Zandvoort, Bergen an Zee and Petten.
Explore the colourful tulip fields of the Keukenhof gardens or simply go shopping in Alkmaar or Harlem.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 14 days before the arrival date.
You will receive a refund for the booking amount if you cancel your reservation at least 14 days before the planned check-in. For cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in, the booking amount will be refunded minus the cancellation fee (€100.00). The deposit of €100.00 will be refunded after the final cleaning.

De Rijd is a car-free park and may only be used for loading and unloading.
All necessary information will be provided to you before arrival. In addition, a stand-up paddleboard is available for unrestricted use. However, this is not part of the rental contract.

Fine and cozy
Have rented this little house from Mrs. Napolitano several times. It is very cozy, almost everything you need is available. You feel comfortable here right away. We can only recommend it further.

Simply great
We had our first family vacation here with two children and are thrilled.
A little piece of paradise. It is also not far to drive to all the places in the area.
The house is cozily furnished.

Vacation with a dog
The house is located in a quiet holiday park. There is nothing going on in the adjoining village, but larger cities and numerous beaches can be reached in 20-30 minutes (dogs are allowed to run without a leash on some beaches from 7 pm). The holiday home is nicely and modernly furnished and there is nothing missing. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left something to be desired, which slightly spoiled our stay. The bedroom on the upper floor can only be reached by a very steep staircase, not recommended for seniors and people with limited mobility. The bed is very comfortable. Dog-friendly, even a basket is available. We couldn't get the coffee machine to work and operating the oven is complicated. Behind the small fenced garden, there are sheep right there, you feel surrounded by idyllic nature. Unfortunately, the garden is not as well maintained as in the photos and the garden furniture could use a fresh coat of paint. There is also some weed in front of the house. Contact with the landlady was uncomplicated.

Super cosy house in a central location
We stayed in the holiday home for a week in November. The house is equipped with everything your heart desires. Everything imaginable was available and comfortably equipped. It is lovingly furnished so that you feel as if you are in your own home. The house is very centrally located, even well-known surrounding towns can be reached quickly by car or bus. We will be very happy to come back.
