Description
The "Alte Bäckerei Sülstorf" is a house with history. The brick house in the main street was built in 1919. The Sülstorf bakery was located there until 1970
in 1996, the house was renovated and divided into three flats. We bought the house in 2020 and furnished two holiday flats
Our holiday flats have a common front door, and in the hallway you can go directly into the flats on the left and right. Each flat has its own door to the courtyard. The flats are spread over two floors, connected by a staircase within each flat.
On the ground floor of the Brezelstüble there is a kitchen with dining area, a spacious living room and a toilet. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and another spacious bedroom/children's room with up to four more sleeping possibilities. The bathroom with shower and bathtub is also on this floor
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, oven, extractor bonnet, dishwasher and fridge-freezer combination as well as kettle and coffee machine. A parking space is available in the courtyard. In the outdoor area of the property, there is a guest garden with a large sandpit, swing and trampoline for our holiday guests, as well as a covered outdoor seating area with a view into the garden.
Our flats are non-smoking flats, but there is the possibility to smoke in the courtyard.

Location and surroundings of object
Centrally located between Schwerin and Ludwigslust is Sülstorf, one of three districts in the municipality of the same name. Sülstorf is a quiet village surrounded by fields, meadows and a nearby peat bog. The state capital Schwerin is about 20 km away. The city of seven lakes is more than worth a visit. The beautifully preserved moated castle or the beautiful city centre, Schwerin Zoo, an open-air museum and much more create a colourful and varied holiday programme. Other destinations for day trips are the Hanseatic cities of Wismar, Lübeck, Rostock and Hamburg and the royal seat of Ludwigslust. The Baltic Sea is about 60 km away and can be reached by car in about an hour. The Mecklenburg Lake District with the towns of Plau and Waren is also easily accessible by car.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist einfach sensationell, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Der Außenbereich ist sehr einladend und gemütlich.
Besser geht es nicht !!!
Brigitte und Gerhard sind sehr, sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die man nur gerne haben muss. Wenn wir nochmal in die Gegend kommen, gibt es für uns nur diese Anlaufstelle.

A paradise for young and old
We stayed in the vacation apartment "Brezelstüble" and felt very comfortable here. The apartment is cozy and child-friendly. The landlords are very friendly and have also lovingly prepared the outdoor area. Fresh eggs from the chickens on site were included.
It was definitely a beautiful and relaxing time in Sülstorf.
We highly recommend the vacation apartment and will definitely come back!

Very beautiful cozy apartment!
We stayed in the apartment "Bretzelstüble".
The apartment is very cozy and you feel comfortable right away.
The hostess and host are both very friendly, warm and very accommodating.
The guest garden is very large, well-maintained, and perfect for our children.
We will definitely come back to this beautiful accommodation.

Holidays in the countryside
Very well maintained, comfortably furnished flat with everything your heart desires. Very friendly landlords who explain everything and help where something is missing.
The farm garden invites you to play or read in a relaxed atmosphere. The sociable chickens are happy when you visit them

Golden October Wandel Family
We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday at the Old Bakery in Sülstorf. We were gifted with blue skies, lots of sunshine and beautiful autumn coloured leaves.
Our holiday flat was very cosy and lovingly furnished and decorated. We immediately had a homely feeling, because the beds were cosily made, the towels were already ready in the bathroom and so we were welcomed in a very friendly way
The kitchen is very modern and equipped in every detail with all the necessities. The whole flat was spotlessly clean. I also liked the fact that there were enough sockets everywhere, finally enough coat hangers and lots of hooks.
The flat is spacious and there is plenty of room to store everything.
Everything is of very high quality, including the brand new washing machine
The guest garden, which is at the guests' disposal, is particularly beautiful and lovingly designed.
We had a parking space as well as the possibility to store our bicycles in a dry place.
We liked the proximity to the beautiful city of Schwerin and at the same time the possibility to live in a cosy rural setting. We discovered Schwerin by bus, boat and on foot. And what we saw was very beautiful, especially the many lakes and the beautiful castle.
We had wonderful meals in great restaurants with a view of the water or the castle.
On the island of Poel and in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, both easily and quickly accessible, we enjoyed the sea!!!
We would especially like to mention our hosts Brigitte and Gerhard, who made the holiday perfect for us with their friendly, loving manner. They were happy to answer all our questions and gave us lots of great information and recommendations. We felt really welcome and really felt the love with which hospitality is lived here.
