The AlleenHuus in Warin combines Northern Germany, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania with the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park and Westphalia through its Frisian construction and the rustic Westphalian oak in the interior design. You can experience all this in your "temporary home".
The beautiful, new holiday home from 2021 is equipped for 6 people. It is modern and comfortably furnished on its 100 sqm and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the direct vicinity of the Großer Wariner See. It is only a few steps to the lake and the free lido. The non-smoking house is furnished with tiles and vinyl parquet flooring and has underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove.
The spacious living and dining area with lake view leaves nothing to be desired. A comfortable sofa with spring core and genuine leather upholstery, a large SAT TV and a collection of books and games as well as a radio incl. CD and Bluetooth provide relaxation and entertainment.
The bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with a high-quality box-spring bed with an upholstered headboard and a lying surface of 1.80 x 2 m and a flat-screen TV as well as a safe. In addition, there is a beautiful shower room on the ground floor with a spacious shower with a flat entry. There is also a towel radiator and a hairdryer. The high-quality shower bath is also equipped with an infrared cabin with 140x140 cm for 2-4 persons
A washing machine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board are also available in our holiday home. The modern kitchen offers a varied equipment with an oven, a microwave, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a Caffisimo, a toaster, a kettle, sandwich maker, stick blender, waffle maker, Nice Dicer, pots and other varied cookware.
The first bedroom upstairs has 2 single beds and a lake view. The second, upper bedroom is equipped with a high-quality box spring bed measuring 160 x 200 cm. There are flat-screen televisions in both rooms. All bedrooms in the house are equipped with electric external blinds and insect screens. Selected bed linen and blankets ensure cosy evenings and restful nights. Another shower room on the upper floor is particularly practical.
Free Wi-Fi is available in our holiday home, which you can register for on site. However, we cannot guarantee unlimited availability and sufficient speed. A high chair and a travel cot are also available free of charge.
It is important for you to know that all main rooms are equipped with smoke detectors!
The terrace has an aluminium terrace roof and impresses with high-quality furniture, among other things you will find 2 sun loungers with cushions. The garden provides relaxing hours in the sun and can be used for beautiful summer nights thanks to the garden house (to be built at the beginning of June) and a kettle grill. Two parking spaces belong to the house.
For excursions, 3 28-inch bicycles are available free of charge, but without liability and at your own risk!
From now on, a 2-person canoe/canoe with life jackets in various sizes is also available to you free of charge. However, the use of this is also at your own risk and without liability and guarantee!

Warin is located in the east of the district of Nordwestmecklenburg in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, nestled between the Großer Wariner See and the Glammsee. Both lakes are connected in the town area by the Mühlengraben. The town is about 22 kilometres southeast of Wismar and about 30 kilometres northeast of the state capital Schwerin. Warin lies in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, which stretches from Neukloster in the north via Sternberg to Pinnow in the south. The Groß Labenzer See lake is located near the districts of Klein and Groß Labenz.
Since December 2020, the town of Warin has been a climatic health resort and thus an excellent holiday destination for allergy sufferers and people with respiratory diseases.
Warin is an ideal starting point for exploring the nearby towns and the Baltic Sea. Wismar, Schwerin and the Baltic Sea with its beautiful island of Poel can be reached in about 15-25 minutes. The zoo in Rostock, Warnemünde or the Baltic resort of Kühlungsborn are also only 50 minutes away. Lübeck can be reached in about 1 hour and Hamburg in 1.5 hours.

You can feel the charm of the surroundings especially when walking through the narrowest linden avenue in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, which runs along the eastern shore of the Großer Wariner See for about 1 km. The beautiful avenue is only about 20 m from the house.
Close to the holiday home, directly at the Hotel Wariner See, there is a boat rental and an archery range. A children's playground and a fishing club are also only a few minutes' walk away. For private shopping, there is a large shopping centre (Lidl, Norma Edeka, drugstore, beverage centre, pharmacy, bakery, etc.), which can be reached in about 3 minutes by car.

Cancellation conditions:
Cancellation of the reservation is possible at any time and without giving reasons, in writing. The cancellation fees are as follows: from 14 days before the start of the rental period: 80 % of the rental price from 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50 % of the rental price up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 25 % of the rental price, provided that a re-letting was not possible. In the event of a re-letting, we reserve the right to retain a lump sum of 75 EUR.
