Since the end of July 2021, our owner-managed penthouse flat equipped with Italian designer furniture welcomes you on the 4th floor in Klabautermann and is easily accessible via a lift
With a wide view over the water, breakfast on the balcony in the morning sun tastes twice as good.
Enjoy the harbour cinema below you and the far-reaching view all the way to the Danish South Sea and let your mind wander.
Your dogs also have a full view here and are very welcome.
On the harbour promenade you will find various shops and restaurants, some of which are still under construction
Therefore, we still offer the flat at reduced rates.
Down at the harbour you can rent boats or take your own on holiday - there are guest moorings and a travelift right next door.
There is also a bicycle rental service on site.
The Weidefelder Strand beach is within easy reach, with a beautiful sandy beach, beach chairs, a restaurant, a beach for nudists and a beach for dogs.
There is also an adventure golf course to pass the time in the Baltic Sea resort.

Haus Klabautermann 2 is located at the entrance to the Ostsee Resort Olpenitz at Hafenpromenade 4-5 directly at the marina Port Olpenitz
which will be expanded in the next few years and guarantees the best harbour cinema.
The harbour promenade is not frequented and therefore offers many quiet hours in your loft
Life below you, only the sky above
Next door there is an Edeka market for your daily needs, and small shops to stroll around.
Downstairs in the Klabautermann is the Ristorante Ciao Bella with delicious pizza and pasta.
The Ostsee Resort Olpenitz is being built on the old navy grounds in Olpenitz outside the town of Kappeln, directly on the Baltic Sea.
Here you will find various holiday flats, holiday houses and apartment buildings which are unique because of their direct proximity to the water
Some of these are still under construction.
Directly adjacent is Weidefelder Strand, where you can walk to Schönhagen and further along the coast
The beach is fine sandy and also has a nudist beach, surfing beach and dog beach, as well as a restaurant and beach chairs.
A good walking and cycling path runs behind the beach
There is a large car park at the Lobster restaurant for a small fee.
You can moor your own boat in the Port Olpenitz harbour

Vacation in Olpenitz
The apartment is exactly as beautiful as described, on the third floor with a view of the water.
In the apartment, everything is available that a holiday guest wishes for.
The location right by the water, near the Edeka market, a pizzeria-ice cream parlor, and a cafe, is perfect.
We had a relaxed vacation week and felt very comfortable there.

Very lovingly and nicely furnished flat with super view
The flat is tastefully furnished with all amenities. It is clean and the beds are very good. The view of the Schlei and the Baltic Sea is excellent, the booking service is very reliable and dogs are welcome. In our opinion, a holiday at Oro is best suited for cyclists.

Firstclass flat
We felt right at home in the flat. Everything was cosy and clean. There were also some small gifts ready (very nice gesture). There was also a dog bed, bowls and treats for our dog. The balcony offered a beautiful view of the water and the resort.

Beautiful holiday flat
We spent a very nice holiday week as a family with teenage daughter in autumn 2021 with a wonderful view in the holiday flat. Everything was very clean, the furnishings are of high quality and everything has been lovingly decorated.
The view of the marina, the mouth of the river Schleim with the pilot island and the poison booth, towards the Baltic Sea is very impressive and beautiful. Very nice contact
This was our third time in Resort Olpenitz and we have been going to the Schlei region for almost 20 years, but we have never experienced such a really 100% pet-friendly landlord. Four-legged friends are also catered for here and they are indeed very welcome
In addition, you notice the personal commitment of the landlords, be it the booking, queries, welcome greetings, cleanliness etc.
In our opinion, this is a big advantage over agencies
We will gladly come back and recommend this gem to others (in the hope that it will not be booked out all the time). We wish the landlord family many more guests who appreciate all this.

Super view and great flat
This was our first time at the Ostsee Resort and we liked it very much
When we entered the flat .... we were amazed, it was much nicer than on the pictures and than we had expected. And the view.......
The balcony is not huge but it was enough for the 4 of us, the children mostly disappeared on the super cosy sofa anyway.
All in all we liked it very much and thank you for the goodies
The proximity to the dog beach is great and the boat rental, the Italian downstairs very practical if you do not feel like cooking, and, and, and
