In the large ski chalets there are two 12-14 person flats with sauna and two 8 person flats. The 8-person flat offers 78 m². Enjoy relaxing nights in three bedrooms with double bed. All bedrooms are equipped with LCD TV and DVD player. The living room or additional bedroom with pull-out couch is perfect for spending a cosy evening with a large LCD TV, DVD player and music system. Enjoy evenings together in the dining room (kitchen integrated) with corner bench for up to 8 people and tiled stove. The flat has two bathrooms with WC and a sauna outside. The large balcony with seating and deckchairs invites you to sunbathe and feel good. The 12-14 person flat with its 140 m² is ideally suited for larger groups. It has 3 bedrooms with double bed and private bathroom in the room, two bedrooms each with double bed and bunk bed and private bathroom opposite in the hallway, All rooms are equipped with LCD TV and DVD player . 5 bathrooms, one with sauna, ensure that morning chores run smoothly. The kitchen/living room with 2 tables (6-8 persons and 10-12 persons) invite you to sit together and celebrate. Look from your terrace into the breathtakingly beautiful mountain world of Hochkrimml and enjoy this wonderful view on comfortable deck chairs or the seating set. The kitchens of both flats are well equipped with dishwasher, hot air cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Both flats have a telephone and free internet connection. All rooms have underfloor heating, so your feet will warm up quickly after skiing and apres ski.

In summer, the beautiful mountains of the Salzburger Land invite you to numerous excursion destinations. Depending on your preference, you can hike, Nordic walk, mountain bike, climb or refresh yourself in clear mountain lakes. A network of over 60 km of well-signposted hiking trails at all altitudes and varied routes with different levels of difficulty will lead you through the fascinating mountain world. The nearby Durlaßboden reservoir at metres above sea level near Gerlos offers the opportunity to enjoy the summer to the full. Whether swimming, sailing, boating or barbecuing is up to you. A lido with children's playground is available for children. You will be catered for in the "Seestüberl" restaurant. The Krimml Waterfalls, with a drop of 390 m, are a special attraction in the area. The waterfall trail takes nature enthusiasts very close to the natural spectacle with numerous viewing points, bridges and pulpits. In the middle of the extensive skiing area you will find the idyllic mountain village Silberleiten at 1700 metres above sea level. There you will find our comfortable and rustic ski huts, which invite you to feel at home with their cosy yet modern furnishings. Directly from our huts you can reach the lift on foot and have access to 55 lifts, 165 kilometres of pistes, snow parks, half pipes and over 30 refreshment stops. Skiers and snowboarders will appreciate the varied mountain world of the Zillertal Arena, Zell am Ziller, Gerlos, Königsleiten, Silberleiten, Hochkrimml, Krimml and Gerlosplatte. Numerous ski schools are available for beginners. These offer a qualified and friendly range of activities, especially for our younger guests. Other winter activities such as tobogganing, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing are also available in our snow-sure surroundings.

| Our prices are weekly prices! In the summer season, arrival is possible every day and the travel time can be varied. For bookings of less than a week's stay, we will be happy to make you an individual offer an individual offer. In order to make their car thanks to sufficient parking spaces no worries. At the reception you can borrow in its own video store movies from a choice of over 200 movies for free. Cots and high chairs can be there also loaned free of charge. The arrival and departure takes place on Sunday, as the highways and access roads are hopelessly overloaded on Saturdays, so we offer you a stress free journey.
