Description
Through a small corridor you enter the living area. Here you will first find a fully equipped kitchenette (with ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, SodaStream, microwave, toaster, raclette machine). Between the kitchen and the living area there is a tiled stove and a dining area opposite. The sofa in the living area can be extended to a double bed. There is a modern Smart TV with 42 inch and a Bose music system.
In the separate bedroom you will find a large double bed. There is also an armchair that you could extend to another sleeping place. A large wardrobe offers enough space for your wardrobe. A large mirror is available
In the bathroom you have a shower tub with glass partition, a washstand with a lot of storage space, a large, well-lit mirror and the toilet. An underground parking space belongs to our apartment.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday apartment "Höhenrausch" is located in the picturesque Almdorf Silberleiten at one meter above sea level on the Gerlosplatte in the Zillertal; one of the most snow-assured ski areas Austria has to offer - the Zillertal Arena ( - meters), with snow guaranteed until April. The footpath to the lift is about 150 meters. From here you have access to 55 lifts, 165 kilometres of slopes, snow parks, half-pipes and over 30 refreshment points. You can ski downhill until you reach our house.
Skiers and snowboarders alike will enjoy the varied mountain world of the Zillertal Arena,

- Sollten Sie bis 3 Monate vor Mietbeginn stornieren müssen, wäre das kein Problem. Wir würden Ihnen keine Kosten in Rechnung stellen. Danach erheben wir folgende Stornokosten: 3 Monate bis 6 Wochen vor Mietbeginn = die Anzahlung wird nicht erstattet. 6 Wochen bis 1 Woche vor Mietbeginn = 70 % des Mietpreises sind zu zahlen. Ab der letzten Woche vor Mietbeginn = 90% des Mietpreises sind zu zahlen.

beautiful holiday flat in a great location
The kitchen of the flat is equipped with everything: from a dishwasher, microwave to a Sodastream water bubbler.
There is enough space for a family with a child.
The flat is lovingly furnished, so you feel right at home.
The location is ideal for winter sports enthusiasts: it is less than a 5-minute walk to the nearest ski lift. You don't need a car.
We will be happy to come back.

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine super Lage…kurze Laufzeit zum Lift/Skischule/Skidepot/Restaurant. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wunderbar gemütlich eingerichtet. Für uns eine klare Empfehlung für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind!!! 5 Sterne!!!

Das rund um Sorglospaket, sehr zufrieden
Die Ferienwohnung Höhenrausch ist perfekt ausgestattet. Es findet sich alles was man im Urlaub benötigt. Sie liegt sehr schön, sodass viele Wanderungen direkt vor der Haustür starten können.

Super Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet (im Gegensatz zu anderen Wohnungen findet man hier alle erforderlichen Geräte, Geschirr, Besteck etc in ausreichender Zahl vor) und hat eine tolle Lage (fußläufig zum Skilift). Die Organisation und der Service vor Ort waren auch hervorragend. Man kann den Urlaub sofort genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Alles was man für den Urlaub braucht, ist vorhanden. Die Küche hat bis hin zu allen Kleinigkeiten alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Wohnung jederzeit weiter.
