Your living room is also fully equipped. In addition to an LCD TV with DVD player, a telephone and free Internet access, a comfortable pull-out couch (180x200cm) awaits you. The living room can be separated from the dining room with a sliding wall to create an additional bedroom. Otherwise, the living room combined with the kitchen-living room creates a large, cosy living room. The spacious kitchen-cum-living room is equipped with a comfortable corner seat, a tiled stove, dishwasher, microwave, hot air stove, a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, egg boiler, blender, blender, toaster, etc.
Furthermore you have 2 bathrooms with shower and WC. All rooms are heated with underfloor heating. The ski hut has its own ski room with ski boot warmer.

Location and surroundings of object
Silberleiten lies at an altitude of 1700m and is therefore characterised by its snow guarantee well into the spring months. The Zillertal Arena impresses with its superlatives such as about 166 km of slopes, 10 km of which are black, 114 km red and 42 km blue, as well as 51 of the most modern lifts, which corresponds to a total capacity of people per hour. Should the snowfall not be so abundant, 174 ha of snow-covered slopes guarantee you skiing fun on the slopes. For a refreshment in between, 34 hut and snow bars spread over the whole ski area provide refreshment, also here no wish remains unfulfilled. For snowboarders there is a halfpipe and fun park available throughout the winter season. The little ones are also introduced to winter sports in Silberleiten, and a ski school with lunchtime supervision is on site. Directly behind our ski huts there is a 16 km high altitude cross-country trail with skating track and connection to the Pinzgau trail - 200 km. Of course there is also a lot to do around Silberleiten without boards. Enjoy the snow-covered winter landscape, for example, during a walk on the Hochkrimmler Panoramaweg at 1700m. The Wildgerlostal valley with its frozen streams and the Durlaßboden reservoir is romantic. The world-famous Krimml Waterfalls, the highest in Europe, also invite you to hike and marvel in winter. A further attraction is a hearty toboggan run on a km long natural toboggan run near Krimml. Whether alpine, cross-country or tobogganing or just to enjoy the gigantic winter landscape of the Hohe Tauern National Park, Silberleiten is certainly the right destination for your winter holiday

A refreshing cool down is offered by the 21 ° C warm Durlaßboden Reservoir, which is only 4 km away from Silberleiten and also invites you to go pedal boating and surfing. This lake can also be reached without a car on a natural, beautiful hiking trail directly from Silberleiten.
In addition, Wald has a newly built open-air and indoor swimming pool, the Wald crystal pool. Here you will find a giant slide, sauna area, fitness area and several pools for swimming and having fun

Silberleiten is located in the middle of the largest (1800 sqm) protected area in Central Europe, the Hohe Tauern National Park. 266 3000m peaks, 342 glaciers, 551 crystal clear mountain lakes - and you are right in the middle of it.
