In the large ski huts there are two 12-14 person apartments with sauna and two 8 person apartments. The 8 person apartment offers 78 m². Enjoy restful nights in three bedrooms with double bed. All bedrooms are equipped with LCD TV and DVD player. The living room or additional bedroom with a pull-out couch with a large LCD TV, DVD player and music system is perfect for spending a cosy evening. Enjoy the evenings together in the dining room (kitchen integrated) with corner seat for up to 8 persons and tiled stove. The apartment has two bathrooms with WC and an outdoor sauna. The large balcony with seats and deck chairs invites you to sunbathe and feel good. The 12-14 person apartment with its 140 m² is ideally suited for larger groups. It has 3 bedrooms with double bed and private bathroom in the room, two bedrooms with double bed and bunk bed and private bathroom opposite in the corridor. All rooms are equipped with LCD TV and DVD player. 5 bathrooms, one with sauna, ensure that morning duties run smoothly. The kitchen-living room with 2 tables (6-8 persons and 10-12 persons) invites you to sit together and celebrate. Look from your terrace into the breathtakingly beautiful mountain world of Hochkrimml and enjoy this wonderful view on comfortable deckchairs or the seating set. The kitchens of both apartments are well equipped with dishwasher, hot air stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Both apartments have a telephone and free internet connection. All rooms have underfloor heating, so that your feet get warm again quickly after skiing and apres ski.

In summer the beautiful mountains of the Salzburger Land invite you to numerous destinations. Here you can go hiking, nordic walking, mountain biking, climbing or refresh yourself in clear mountain lakes. A network of over 60 km of well-signposted hiking trails at all altitudes and varied routes with varying degrees of difficulty will lead you through the fascinating mountain world. In the nearby Durlaßboden Speichersee at meters above sea level near Gerlos you have the opportunity to enjoy the summer to the full. Whether bathing, sailing, boating or barbecue you decide for yourself. For children there is a lido with playground available. They are catered for in the restaurant "Seestüberl". The Krimml Waterfalls, with a height of 390 m, are a special attraction in the area. The waterfall path takes nature-loving people very close to the natural spectacle with numerous lookout points, bridges and pulpits. In the middle of the extensive skiing area you will find the idyllic mountain village Silberleiten at an altitude of 1700 metres. There you will find our comfortable and rustic ski huts, which invite you to feel good with their cosy yet modern equipment. You can reach the lift on foot directly from our huts and have access to 55 lifts, 165 km of slopes, snow parks, half-pipes and over 30 refreshment points. Both skiers and snowboarders will appreciate the varied mountain world of the Zillertal Arena, Zell am Ziller, Gerlos, Königsleiten, Silberleiten, Hochkrimml, Krimml and Gerlosplatte. For beginners there are numerous ski schools available. These offer a qualified and friendly service especially for our younger guests. You can also enjoy other winter activities such as tobogganing, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing in our snow-sure environment.

| Our prices are weekly prices! In the summertime, arrival is possible every day and the travel time can be varied. For bookings of less than a week's stay, we will be happy to provide you with an individual offer. The price includes utilities such as energy, and bed linen, if required baby travel beds (without bedding) and highchairs, DVD rental, Internet access, underground parking. Local taxes and telephone costs are charged separately. |

They do not have to worry about their car thanks to sufficient underground parking spaces. At the reception you can rent films from a selection of over 200 films free of charge in our own video library. Cots and high chairs can also be rented there free of charge. Arrival and departure is on Sunday, as the motorways and access roads are hopelessly congested on Saturdays, so we offer you a stress-free journey.
